Took delivery of my new MT09 today after deciding that my GSXR was too uncomfortable and I needed a change. I phoned Robinson’s 2 weeks ago to discuss buying a new bike and they were fantastic from that first call right through to delivery and even though it was a distance sale they made the whole process really simple and straightforward and I cannot recommend them enough, so if you are looking for a new bike give them a call as I’m sure you’ll get a great deal and won’t be disappointed. So good I bought two! I first got in touch with Rob when I found a pre-reg'd MT-10 they had for sale.... he did me a fair price on my chop in and looked after me without all the usual salesman BS you get elsewhere! 😉 1 month later I was looking for a new work bike and low and behold Rob matched the cheapest price for the Tracer 700 I could find anywhere else in the UK. I had some bother with selling my old bike privately, which extended the time it should have taken to do the deal on the Tracer... but Rob was amazingly understanding and patient. Eventually sold my old bike and went up to collect the new one! 240 mile happy ride home....(Thank the lord for the winter pack!!) Cheers Rob... love both the bikes....!! Great service! I'll be back (not in another month though! 😊)

Made an enquiry on EBay and then ended up contacting Robin, right from word go he was professional and helpful and being as I live nearly 300 miles away nothing was an issue. Bike was delivered today and even the delivery driver was so helpful and professional, can highly recommend the guys here even if you do live miles away. Thanks Robin and team.

I was in the market for a used Vstrom 650. Robin saw me right with a pre reg 2017 with 19 miles on the clock at a totally unbeatable price. Delivered to me at the other end of the country within a fortnight. Robin is a Great communicator who took the time to really understand what I was after.

I took ownership of a Kawasaki Versys 650 a week ago. I live in the West Midlands and therefore don't know this dea!ership. I was attracted to this demo bike because of the price, low mileage , free touring kit and 0% finance package being offered. All discussion and transactions were done over the phone. Nick ( sales exec), kept me informed at all times of how things were preceding, this was very reassuring. The bike was delivered as arranged . Martin who delivered the bike even rang me en route to give his ETA. What a professional set up. Thank you Robinson's .
