Would recommend the Rope and Anchor pub. The Landlord and Landlady are fantastic! They're continuously working to make sure you have the best experience at the Rope no matter what time of day or night, you choose to visit.

We had another top night in the Rope & Anchor ÔŅĹÔŅĹÔŅĹÔŅĹÔŅĹÔŅĹ

We had a good time nice friendly people as well

Had a mint time here on Saturday, but want to see more of the new blonde barmaid

Had a great night. Several pints of guiness, some good music and a good chat with my old mate Billy.

Called in at the Rope and Anchor Saturday nite, not been in there for a drink for along time. The Harper Bros where there they where FANTASTIC!. Had a brill night will definitely be back very soon. Thanks to the new owners you made us very welcome ,you have turned this pub around x

Absolutely brilliant night in The Rope last night, pretty sure almost everyone I’ve ever known was in there last night. So busy, great band, excellent gin bar and good real ales on tap. Loved it. X

3 course Sunday lunch, excellent food, excellent service, excellent value.
