Looking forward to starting this course on Saturday with Sarah Ramsden. All my books have arrived and diving in :) There's no doubt the two: yoga and sport go hand in hand. Both focusing on control, being in flow, heat and cool, strength and suppleness. It will be great to see how the discipline of yoga can benefit athletes and those in sport.
