How delicious is this vintage French little parlour suite?
It arrived in the shop yesterday and ever since I sourced it I have been dreaming of taking it home, rearranging my bathroom (it would take a full remodel but it would fit!!) and putting it there and making a truly decadent bathroom.
There are two problems with this....... 1. My pockets are not deep enough to start remodelling the house again. 2. My husband would divorce me 🤣🤣🤣
So I will have to wait for some lucky bugger a.k.a customer to come find it and take it to their forever home!

#timetotalkday Let’s be honest, these little squares look lovely 99% of the time no matter where you look. The reality is that life is far from perfect and me like many many others suffer from severe anxiety & other members of my family suffer from depression. Recently locally to my little business media have reported on some younger members of the community loosing their battle with their demons! This is not ok!
We have to encourage people to TALK!!!
... I am lucky to have amazing friends and family around me that know when I am struggling and give me the space and time to find my centre over and over again.
I take great pride in the fact that my little business provides a little respite for some that have similar problems, to come in and just have a chat and have a little bit of kindness that they might need on that day.
I suppose my message is, just be kind and ready to listen to your nearest and dearest with a good cup of tea to share 🙏

Hello Tiger!! What a mad few days we have had! Antique hunting, interior commissions, sourcing new stock and to top it off today we bought, dare I say it....Christmas stock 😱 This lovely velvet number will be heading to the shop in March as a makeup bag and cushion.
We are on our way back home now and the check list has begun for our Italian antique hunt at the end of the week. Phew I am already exhausted 😴

I can not tell you how excited I am!! I am going back to my roots!! This week I am back to my playground sourcing & buying and meeting back up with friends and clients from as far flung as Korea. I will be buying for interior projects, trade customers and the shop. Let’s pray the snow doesn’t stop us! Next wee we are then going back on the road to Italy!! The last time I drove the truck back from Italy I found out I was to become a Mummy!! My little girl is now firmly set up... to be in charge of the grandparents while I am away so I felt the time was right to head back on the road! 🙌 After all the road has been calling my name, I have been itching for a long time to get back out there and climb through old out- houses in the Italian countryside and peek inside incredible houses in search of wonderful vintage & antique home wears!! Very please to say that we are going back to our roots! Many of our new followers may not know that I am the daughter of an Italian antique dealer and I learnt the trade following in my fathers footsteps. We travelled to Italy together for many years buying antiques and bringing home unique finds. Since illness took hold of my father and we welcomed our little girl into our crazy family the Italian adventures were put on hold. But no more!!!
