Went on a Saturday bank holiday when it was rammed. Fantastic food and came surprisingly fast. Lovely place. Been to a few places for ‘bottomless’ drinks where you get very few drinks. Not here. Glass was filled within a minute every time without asking.

All round top. Would/ will be going again

User

Went for a meal today. Had the Rosylee beefbuger. It came with fries and salad and was absolutely beautiful.. Really tasty.. Even though they were quite busy the service was quite quick and the staff were lovely. Will definitely be going again Highly recommended!

User

We were served bottomless brunch by Kim this afternoon and I cannot recommend Rosylee or Kim enough. The food was fantastic, the prosecco was flowing and Kim was the perfect host. Kim made us feel more than welcome and was accommodating on every level. Thanks Kim x

User

Very good service could not fault the food the staff etc , only thing I would say is turn the music down a tad ,as having a relaxing conversation was difficult.

User

The most amazing breakfast with my lovely ladies- the staff are so friendly and welcoming- will be back - recommend the avocado poached eggs smoked salmon with sourdough bread - just fabulous

User

The atmosphere was lovely lively and vibrant. The staff were fab very friendly and attentive. This was a birthday treat from my daughter and she chose well. The vimto gin was amazing. Will definitely go back but would like to try the lunch next time not afternoon tea

User

The Sunday roasts were amazing and the cocktails and service was fab!! Couldn't of picked a better venue to spend a bank holiday hangover in! Amazing, can't wait to go back and try the salads!!

User

Myself and my husband had afternoon tea with a gin cocktail, the food was lovely and filling and the cocktail was delicious, the service was very good and the girl who served us was very friendly I would definitely recommend The Rodylee

User

My friend an i came here for Afternoon Tea via Groupon. Upon arrival they didn't have our booking but were told that was Groupons fault. Luckily they were serving afternoon tea and had tables available. We had a gorgeous raspberry gin cocktail before our food. Our food arrived. A mix of finger sandwiches, warm scones and a variety of little cakes all served with a piping hot pot of tea. The staff were very friendly and polite and the food was delicious. I would definitely 're immense this place and would return for an evening meal and cocktails!

It was a perfect breakfast. The hint of lime and chilli in the smashed avocado lifted the breakfast to another level. Staff were lovely too along with the sun shining whilst we ate alfresco...perfect start to the day.

User

Great place. Very relaxed atmosphere and super staff. Not much choice in draft beers though. Sat outside in comfort watching the great and the good of Manchester pass.

User

50% off on lunch on a Monday

What a way to start your week

I had s fabulous salad with halloumi

Highly recommended

I’m defo going to try the bottomless lunch

User

Got the groupon deal for afternoon tea for 4 with a gin cocktail, staff very friendly afternoon tea was fab and the bramble cocktail was lovely my sister had a lovely birthday

User

Went her for my birthday. We had the bottomless brunch. It was ok, meal portions were large.

I’ve been to better bottomless brunches in town. It was very hot in there and very cramped.

I offered to Pre order the food, they didn’t ask me too. When I got there I requested to change one meal. They wouldn’t let me. Very strange considering it was me who offered to put our orders in upfront!

They also didn’t take note of what time we started. And tried to cut us short by 20mins. Was good, but could be improved

User

Went for tea, sadly it looked just like tetley tea bags in the pot, lots of cakes not a lot of sandwiches, cut so thin I could not taste any filling. Environment was noisy and tables rammed together. If you are looking for a quiet place to have a quality cup of tea and sandwiches go somewhere else.

Disappointed from the last visit there nearly a year ago. Will not be going back, not for tea at least.

User

The waitress was attentive, the restaurant was nearly empty, it was about 1:30pm. The starters and mains were average, nothing special. Some nice fresh crusty bread instead of rock hard toast with the soup and pate would have been appreciated. Our expectations were not realised, unfortunately.

User

Lovely lunch with Natasha Kirkham ordered fish and chips, batter was undercooked. Waited 20 minutes for a replacement. Overall meal was lovely with 50% off the bill.

User

Lovely atmosphere, the food was lovely and the service was great. Only let down were the toilets - no soap in either of the ladies loos and despite telling a woman behind the bar nothing was done about it. Makes me wonder how seriously they take hygiene!

User

Lovely afternoon tea. The only downsides were that there was toilet paper all on the floor of the ladies (we did say but it was still there an hour later) and no hand soap. Also we had to get a waiters attention to get the bill and pay, we could have done with being checked on when it was obvious we had finished.

User

First impressions was great - staff was welcoming and seated immediately. Had our drink and food order taken quickly which was great, the place was fairly busy. Ordered of the set menu, starters came out and we're fine, there was a Lon wait between clearing the starters and mains arriving, when mains arrived food wasn't hot, it was very luke warm & was missing some ingredients off the plate. Couldn't see a waitress around to catch their attention so we had to ask the bar staff who kindly got us the rest of the food, although that arrived cool and hard. Asked for a pot of gravy and again that came really cool. I understand that it was busy and didn't want to mess about sending the food back as we was hungry and wanted to leave by that point. The only thing that let it all down was the food!!

User

We went for breakfast, it wasn’t busy when we got there and ordered right away. After 40 minutes we realised everyone who had ordered after us had got their food so we enquired as to where ours was. Waitress came back out and said that the ticket had been lost and took the order again. As we had to pay upfront, we couldn’t just walk out without losing our money. We weren’t offered a refund, a discount or even a free orange juice, we got an apology in the form of “I’m sorry, I only got here 20 minutes ago”. Another 20 minutes went by, no sign of the food.

User

Was disappointed with the sandwiches they felt as though they had been made a long time before we ate them the cakes were also quite stale around the edges the cream had a funny smell and taste so we asked for a fresh one.

For the price we paid for the high tea I felt as though it should have been a lot better than it actually was.

The venue is very pretty though .

User

As we were a party of 20 I was offered the upstairs room and a dedicated waitress . I had a paid a £100 deposit 2 months prior.

When we got there we were told the upstairs was not available (even though it was empty) and then they made us wait 55 minutes for a table.

Food was poor. Stale bread on the very few sandwiches they gave us and the cakes were dry.

Only good thing about it was the warm scone which was lovely.

Very poor considering this place had come recommended.

Would not rush back

User

Terrible customer service form Max and even worst from the Manager Amber, I bought a voucher in Groupon and tried to book with more than a week in advance, their answer was: we do not accept more vouchers on Sundays, so there is space if want to go and pay but they do not accept the voucher. I explained the situation to Amber and told her that we work Monday to Friday 9-6pm outside of Manchester and we will be away after the 16th politely I asked her for a favour or solution and she just said: there is nothing that I can do. Definitely I won't back here as the manners of the managers are not the best.

User

Slow service, disgusting unhygienic food served on a stand covered in dust. We had the afternoon tea... the sandwiches were just stale bread with about 1/4 of an egg on each. No flavour... absolutely disgusting. Even the manageress agreed. Aperol spritz was so weak you could barely taste the Aperol... about 80% of it was soda (we watched it being made so this isn't just a guess)

The manager told me to email them for a refund. Have done this and have been completely ignored. Absolutely appalled by this place. Avoid it like the plague! See my post on the Facebook page for photographic evidence.

User

Awful place. For some reason it comes highly recommended, I think perhaps historically the standards were better. I took a friend who was visiting Manchester for cocktails. We may as well have been drinking fruit juice from a carton with a dash of cheap alcohol, it was really not the standard expected of a place that tries to sell itself as a classy venue. The staff were rude, unprofessional and pretty scruffy, they behaved as though they were doing us a favour! Thankfully we did not order any food; I saw the sandwiches being brought out to other customers, and they were all bread hardly no filling. We soon left and had a quality cocktail and first class service from Fitzgeralds just upstairs from Rosylee. I definitely won't be going back, this place is best avoided.
