Rang up at 10.30am to book in for wheel alignment done on a non Toyota car. Turned up at 2.30pm and the service was brilliant, not only with my car but with the other customers too. I dealt with Jay and he was a true gem which is rare to find in the car industry. Take note Audi, Mercedes and BMW - this is how you deal with customers!

RRG Bolton has some of the best staff I have ever dealt with. In particular Paul Halford and Michael Byrne. Great people and great service. Thanks gents xxxx

My daughter has just bought a car from here. The staff were fab especially paul halford who helped us choose the right car for the right price. All done within a week.

Its never a good day when something goes wrong with your car but on the rare occasions it does, RRG always pull it out the bag. Not only did they fit me in at short notice, they listened and helped find the best solution for my aging but beloved 3 door Rav and she is back on the road good as new! I couldn't be more delighted with the fantastic service and care from Jason and the team that fixed "the Dollywagon"... she looks like new and drives like a little rocket and I've fallen in love with her all over again.. thank you SO much!

I've bought 2 cars.The staff are very helpful from salesmen to servicemen.The manager Mike Byrne is also very good he should be proud of his team!

I want to say thank you to Andrew for his excellent service he has shown throughout the whole process of buying a car. It has taken just under a week and throughout the process I was kept up to date with what was going on. I've had a few cars from RRG in Bolton and each time the service I was shown was excellent from start to finish. Honestly, i cannot fault them at all. They, particularly Jay, have really looked after me, and my circumstances with the vehicle i bought private. Right from the off Jay has been very understanding, empathetic and gone totally above all know service standards to help me out. I have driven Toyota for 10 years, and recently hit some bad luck. The care and support i have received is truly wonderful and very refreshing with the horror stories you hear about main dealers..... what a great place and a great guy.

Great experience dealing with Jay at this dealer on Wednesday! Let down pretty much all the time buy Nissan Bolton. They went above and beyond to help me get the car air conditioning recharged when nowhere else could do it!

Plus it was £99 and Nissan wanted £185 and 3 weeks to do it!

Excellent service from Andrew again, no mithering or following us just asked if we needed any help and when we did he was happy to tell us everything we needed to know. I had a couple of technical issues with my car when i picked it up but the staff went above and beyond to get it sorted in 24 hours and I'm now happily back in a Rav :-) Andrew changed my first Rav for a Yaris a couple of years ago and we came back so must be good service :-) Thanks Andrew :-)

Collected my new Aygo yesterday, probably my tenth+car from RRG Bolton. Excellent customer service from the Meet and Greeter, Sales Rep Ross, Financial whizzkid Dave through to Sales Manager pocket rocket Barry. �. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Highly recommended.

Bought my little Aygo from here last year, sales rep Ross was extremely helpful and made the whole sales process stress free. Returned yesterday for my car to have it's 1st service and once again all staff involved where friendly & professional. � �

Absolutely first class service when purchasing my Aygo,Paul was very professional and Chris looked after us with coffee and biscuits made the whole experience fab

Quick enough to sell you a car but had to chase my plan up for service and because of this had to pay 148 today. Needless to say I will be moving dealerships and we are a 2 car household
