took car in for a new battery, turns out I needed a new belt for my alternator a bill I wasn't expecting. I fully expected to pay a lot of money for the work but was pleasantly surprised by the cost.



Picked my car up to see it had been washed hoovered and health checked in the process something I wasn't expecting, they keep impressing me with each visit the first time was the children's facilities that impressed me.



I'll be doing my future business here, thank you.

I am there regular customer and they always offer me deals which I couldn't resist. Customer service is 10/10 and for me is they are my family the way they treat us and care about everything.

I Took my mums car in for a Tyre replacement, my mum rang into the centre the day before and they told her to bring it in for half 11, i was there at 25 past 11 give them the keys went across the road to get some dinner and went back to the showroom at 11:45 the car was fixed and washed/cleaned inside and outside. Great Customer service i would defiantly recommend.

Perfectly fine when my mother ordered the car, yet totally unable to return a call for a simple question, on two occasions my mother has attempted to contact Rob first time no call back second time receptionist promised a call back from the floor manager, yet still no reply, shows perfectly that if you expect any type of after care you'd be sadly disappointed

I had taken 6 hours to do a service and M.O.T on two occasions, when there was no added work to do, there is little communication between departments. And the absolute capper I had to organise my week to get the car in at THEIR convenience and they did not actually book in the car leaving me with a car that fills with exhaust fumes. Meaning I have to either have no heat on or drive round with the windows open in October!



My service plan is due to be renewed needless to say I did not think we will.

Great at taking your money. Absolutely shocking after care. Promised a free service due to bad customer service when buying the car. Now they don't remember the agreement now my car is due be serviced. Buyer beware!

Can't praise RRG DENTON enough!! Bought 3 cars from them, all serviced at RRG DENTON, and now my car is just out of warranty!! Today at 13,330 miles my clutch went , not a problem and spoke to Richard in the service dept....about as helpful as a chocolate fireguard when your house is burning down,!! Thank you to Paul at Motor Clinic in Stalybridge for sorting my car , arranged for it being towed in for a new clutch, not a problem!! Richard at RRG DENTON, take a leaf out of Motor Clinics book!!!"
