i purchased my first prius from rrg stockport, the service and advice was superb, i was so impressed, we also had a yaris and now another prius, my mother in law now has an aygo, my daughter has an aygo and my brother will have an auris sometime this week, spread the word,quality service, quality cars and an enjoyable visit everytime, im an rrg lifer now.

We always use RRG Bury and the staff are brilliant especially Darryl Chadwick who is one of the sales executives, nothing is too much trouble for him and he sorts your purchase out with no hassle. The after sales is excellent sorting services etc out and getting in touch to remind you when it's due. Oh and the coffees good too �

I recently purchased a 2 year old Qashqai from Nissan in Bury. The salesman who dealt with us was Josh, I have to say he was the most patient person I have ever met! I spent some time deciding which car I wanted to buy, and toured round various car sales test driving, some of the salesmen were very nice, some were not! but Josh was definitely by far the best, his mix of being present but not pushy and making me feel special was exactly what I wanted when making such a huge decision. Every step he was superb. When I finally decided on the car I wanted Josh continued to be the very best, extremely professional, and made sure that all my needs were taken care of. If anyone was looking for a new car I would recommend Nissan and in particular Josh. Thank you again Josh for all your help.

Can honestly say you guys always do a great job nothing is ever to much trouble and my car is always ready when you say it's going to be and you always wash and Hoover it out to there not many who do that thanks for always giving a great service from the sales team Cheryl Ferguson to the after care team to all members of staff at Peugeot rochdale thanks vicky longden xx

Always happy with RRG Stockport. Sales and aftercare first class. No pressure selling just nice, friendly sales people. They listen to your needs and find the right car, excellent customer service. The aftercare is first class to, you matter to them after you have purchased unlike a lot of other dealerships. Nothing is too much trouble, can't recommend them enough.

Always an amazing collection and delivery service. On time and very polite. I have collection from home and work and always on time. The driver explains everything from the sheet that has been done. This is my 6th Peugeot and have no complaints whatsoever about purchasing, servicing or follow up. My local showroom is RRG Rochdale and am greeted by name as soon as I step in the showroom.

I am both annoyed and disappointed with a problem of getting aerial fitting sorted. This was to be done on 25 August at same time as full service but part did not arrive. Rearranged it for today 5 September saying it would give plenty of time to ensure part was in. Telephone yesterday to check and a phone call said it would definitely be here today at 7.30 am. Phone call this morning to say it had not arrived.



Delivery folk cannot be blamed as there has been 10 days to sort this out.



I have had Toyota cars now for about 15 years and have until now felt happy with service and quality. Now wondering what has happened to RRG and why this lack of customer service - or is it just that I am no longer valued as a long standing customer. If so then I need to rethink!

Shocking service in relation to a vehicle that was damaged at delivery. I have been without the car for two weeks then was left to arrange repair and pay for it myself. The body shop was incredible but I am out of pocket by thousands now.

Recently my wife's car required some work, this was quoted as new concentric slave cylinder, and clutch kit. RRG wanted £1060 + VAT for the parts and 7.5 hours of labour at £100 per hour. I challenged the price however was told that it was 7.5 hours of work, now this wasn't a 3.0l V6 its a 1.0l Toyota IQ. Needless to say I walked out and found a garage up the road who completed the work in 3 hours for £400, they also commented that the required work was not 7.5 hours as quoted by RRG.
