Here at Rufus' Pupcakes we create homemade healthy dog treats using only high quality ingredients. We don't add any preservatives, salts or sugars and we cater for all dogs dietary requirements.
Rufus' Pupcakes Description
The story begins back in April 2017 when Rufus first entered our lives. He was like every other dog and loves treats. He would be treated for good behaviour, completing commands and generic rewards. It was only when he started experiencing some stomach problems that we looked in detail at the ingredients in his food and treats. We found that many products that were shop bought contained lots of cerials, additives, salta and preservatives.
This is when we began to bake some healthy alternatives and our Rufus really enjoyed them. This is where the idea for Rufus' Pupcakes started. We wanted to share with other pets these healthy treats.
What better way for our furry friends to celebrate special occasions with us, like birthday, anniversaries and different seasons like Easter and Christmas than with their very own lovingly handmade dog treats!

We have a busy weekend coming up again. On Friday we're at Littleborough Sports Club on Rakewood Road for their Christmas Market. They start at 7pm - late. On Sunday we're at Littleborough Cricket Club for their Christmas Dog Show at 12pm - 3pm. Looking forward to seeing you there :-)
We had another fantastic day at Springhill Hospice today, what a great turn out. Thank you to everybody who purchased treats for their pooches today, it was lovely meeting with you all. The winning number for the Christmas hamper is ... 91. I will be contacting the winner now with the number they provided. Congratulations :-)
We're all set up at Springhill Hospice for their Christmas Fair. It's in full swing with the band playing. If you're free why not pop down and pay us all a visit and support an amazing cause. There are stalls both inside and outside. Free buses are running from Gordon Rigg Garden, Home & Leisure Rochdale
We're all set up at Albert Halls Bolton for the Handmade Christmas Fair. There are over 70 stalls in 2 rooms. There are some amazing stalls here. If you're free then pop down and pay us all a visit. You may find some extra Christmas presents here. We're here until 4pm today.
We have another busy weekend ahead of us. On Saturday 24th we are at Albert Halls Bolton for the Handmade Christmas Fair at 10am - 4pm. Then on Sunday 25th we are at Springhill Hospice for their Christmas Fair from 11am - 4pm. If you are free on either of these dates, why not pay us a visit, there are so many other amazing stalls attending on both dates.
Another busy weekend for us we're here at Gordon Rigg Garden, Home & Leisure Rochdale for the next 2 days. We've got our Christmas stock with us and a range of our usual produce. If you're free why not pop down and pay us and all the other stalls a visit?
Aswell as our Christmas treats we have a range of treat jars that we have available at our stalls. You are now able to order these online. We have a range of sizes - Small (500ml), Medium (700ml) and Large (1L). They are all decorated differently and we have different breeds available.
We are over the moon that The Garden Kitchen are enjoying their order of treat baubles and biscuits for their amazing deli shop. If you're in the area do pop in they have a fantastic afternoon tea and a wonderful shop to purchase some lovely treats for humans aswell as doggies 😁

Last weekend at Todmorden it was a fantastic turnout with some really amazing stalls. It's a great opportunity to start your Christmas shopping. If you're free why not pop down and pay us a visit.

A massive thank you to you all for shopping with us this weekend, especially those who purchased one of our poppy biscuits at Gordon Rigg Garden, Home & Leisure Todmorden We sold 37 bags of poppies so we are really happy that we are able to donate the full amount to The Royal British Legion. Rufus has made the donation tonight on our behalf. Thank you all once again 🐶

We're here again at Gordon Rigg Garden, Home & Leisure Todmorden, Rufus is sporting his poppy with his dad at the cenotaph for Remembrance Sunday. Thank you to everybody who supported us yesterday buying our poppies. All money is being donated to the Royal British Legion. We have some more poppies today.

We're at Gordon Riggs Todmorden this Saturday and Sunday for their Christmas Fayre. To commemorate the 100 year anniversary of WW1 ending we have created some healthy doggy poppy biscuits. We are selling these 2 for £1. All the money from these will be donated to the Royal British Legion. We will be selling these over the 2 day event.

This is great to know for all your furry pooches. Classic FM will be broadcasting a radio show especially for Saturday 3rd November, a busy period for Bonfire Night.
Rufus you really are the master baker, Alfie and Walter loved the carrot cake truffles, they can't wait till their humans buy them some more ���

Henry absolutely loves the pup cakes and biscuits. Being a British bulldog we are careful what we feed him as he’s very sensitive. 100% recommend
Fantastic homemade treats. My Luca is a Collie and loves his treats. He couldn’t get enough of them and will use his manners to say ‘please’ when he sees the treat bags. I’ve asked him for his favourite and apparently they are just all too good he can’t choose. ��
