Modern Approach, Vintage Service! We may not have years and years of experience under our belts, although 17 years combined isn't too bad, but we also don’t have any preconceptions, we are simply determined to do the very best we can for every client, every time.
Selling, Letting or Finding a home is often an emotionally charged and stressful time for all concerned, Rutter Green are here to ensure that our genuinely warm, friendly, but professional, focused and personal approach will ensure a first rate, dedicated service and more importantly practical results, taking the stress away from you. So let’s start with a chat over a coffee or tea.
We aspire to do things differently because we believe it is the right thing to do ‚Äď first we love our job and care about what we do; more importantly we care about you - we really want to get to know you, your property and your property requirements and are willing to do that little bit extra to help you sell, let or buy your home. We will, if needed, be available outside the normal office hours (within reason) because we know you have to work to, our Agency has a homely feel putting you at ease and reducing the worry when call in to see us. We will also help you prepare your home for sale or let.
On top of all that we can also offer energy saving advice ‚Äď to help make your home more energy efficient and save you money. We are fully qualified Energy Saving Consultants and can give tips on free and low cost ways to save energy as well as bigger projects. After all an energy efficient home is a great selling point!
And the icing on the cake, selling your property with Rutter Green will benefit a Wigan based charity ‚ÄėThe Brick Project‚Äô whose aim is to help and support homeless and disadvantaged people back to independent living. They not only provide a safe haven, but also have a food bank, provide training and activities, have a Community Warehouse and lots more. A donation will be made for every property we sell.
