I want to thank Jacob who I spoke to,his manager Charlotte and store manager sojna babenko. I called requesting lego card albums for a family who have spent most of this year living at Bristol children's hospice trying to focus on there children's health. One of there children is home for a short while before he returns to hospital and I just wanted the brothers to have the chance to join in with This latest craze/ a little normality. The!store have been Wonderful, and are posting the books for free as I was to far away l. Thank you so so much.

I have just been into the Sainsburys Regent Road store, I went into the Ladies changing room and was greeted by the assistant a lady called Clair, what an absolutely beautiful person she is, she spoke so happily and in such a lovely, caring way to all the customers, whilst still doing her job in a thorough and efficient manner.. The world could definitely do with more Clair's she is an absolute Joy.. A big pat on the back to Clair and also to Sainsburys too.. A wonderful experience.. xxx

Had a great shopping experience at Sainsburys, Regent Road Salford. On entering the store I was greeted by Sonja the Store Manager. I went for a cup of coffee where Neil was very pleasant and made a lovely coffee. The toilets were clean, in fact the store was clean. I even saw a Sainsburys employee, who seemed to be on her way to work, pick up some rubbish from the floor and deposited it in a bin. Well done. Shall definitely be going back. Keep up the good work.

The staff were friendly and polite. They lost a star because my meal was awful but only the one because my complaint was handled very well and a full refund given within a few minutes of the complaint.

Love the store but can't believe they have become so uncompetitive with Petrol. Garage facing is 3p a litre cheaper. I'm very disappointed and will stop buying.

Love it here. Just disappointing the air conditioning makes your food cold when you go for breakfast I have kept my coat on in the past. So stopped going for breakfast. Just normal shopping now & clothes.

Went in for the all day breakfast disappointed the toast is no longer available eventhough it says on the menu it is

Visited the store today with a wheelchair. No wheelchair trollies available. Asked the security guard, reply "if the one we have is available, it will be down there" Okay, so we go to the other end of store (thanks for the assistance Mr Security guard, sorry to interrupte you conversation with your colleague) the ONE was out on the shop floor. A lovely lady assistant came over and apologied that the other 3 had been stolen. Waiting for them to come in. Not good Sainsburys, lost our custom and maybe others whilst you are awaiting the arrival of wheelchair friendly trollies

Are the points vouchers Sainsbury's give intended to irritate customers? No? Well that's the effect they are having on me.

If they aren't already out of date, they always seem to require me to spend just a bit more than I have - today it was £3.30 at the deli counter when I'd spent £3.26; or for products that aren't actually sold in the store: Oak smoked bacon when you only do the Chestnut cured.

Today, I thought I'd cracked it: extra points voucher for Chestnut Smoked Back bacon. Yeah! That's what I've bought. But it wasn't accepted. The check out lady tried again and eventually called the supervisor. She looked very carefully at the voucher and the pack - then noticed, the voucher was for sweet cured and I'd bought dry cured.

OK - so the system was right to reject an invalid voucher - but I can tell you that this regular customer left the store very irritated with your entire scheme and seriously considering whether to take her business to another supermarket - and I'm quite certain that's not the idea behind your loyalty cards and bonus points scheme.

Your marketing department needs to rethink the scheme. It should make us feel "oh that's nice, I got a little bonus there" (even if the actual value is just a few pence). Instead it made me feel that Sainsbury's were rubbing their hands with glee saying - tee hee - another mug caught out!

Staff are rude and electrical are not worth your money. Staff do not know consumer rights act and make you feel like dirt as you return something that doesn't work. Don't use gone down hill over the last year. Avoid at all costs.

I don't often go to Sainsbury's as it's a little far for me and I find it expensive, I only went on this occasion as I was after something that I was unable to get elsewhere. Although the store was clean and tidy I was snapped at by a member of staff when I asked for a product (do you mind I'm on my break and you can clearly see I'm having a conversation) I found the product myself. The cafe was a different story, staff were polite and helped carry my tray as I was struggling with the buggy what shocked me was the price of the meal, over £10! £1.50 for a kids butty and 90p for a small carton of juice, £3.85 for a quiche salad, £2.20 for a regular hot chocolate £1.60 for a small piece of cake and the meal wasn't particularly nice. Not impressed.
