To the lady working in Sainsbury's cafe in urmston.....thank you for carrying our food and drinks to a table for me.... shopping with two kiddies one that's slightly crazy and a baby moaning for his milk can be pretty stressful but little things like this are so appreciated and keep my sanity for another 5 minutes ��

Thank you Sainsburys and especially the efforts of your employee, Alan Bancroft, for the delivery of Lego cards for St Marys School. They will be very much appreciated.

Sainsbury is great. Needs a bigger cafeteria like Sale Sainsbury's

My toaster wasn't working. Took it back. Treated very good at customer services. Got a new toaster. Customer service excellent. Thank you

Just want to say how lovely and helpful the staff are, they take you straight to the isle your after and if its not there they will check when its back in stock.

Well there we go again, been in Sainsburys Urmston Eden Square for breakfast. Scrammbled egg on toast. It's so good I didn't have time to take a photograph. Brilliant. Didnt really want to tell you all because it might be full when we come back Lol � � �. ����

Nice place, cheap coffee on comfy settee's good stuff

Sainsburys Urmston is a very nice supermarket, the staff there are very helpful and pleasant, but this supermarket and other shops at Eden Square are only let down by the car parking which is managed by a company called Parking Eye.This company use very dodgy signing at this location to trap unsuspecting motorists, hit them with fines of £100 for supposed minor infringements, and use threatening tactics to try and secure payment.Parking Eye are no strangers to controversy, there are numerous articles on the web regarding their underhand tactics and failure to abide by British Parking Association protocols.Articles have also appeared in the national press and media complaining about their activities, some complaints have gone as far as government ministerial level, and there have been calls for them to be closed down.Many of the descriptions of Parking Eye are too vile to publish here, but you have been warned, park there at your peril.

I am sorry Sainsburys, but I and my friends will not be shopping at your Urmston store until something is done about Parking Eye.
