Customer service on the telephone was outstanding, I spoke to Andy he was so helpful, admittedly you didn't have the item in stock but his telephone manner was fab!!! I phoned two other stores- one of which nobody answered the phone ( and I rang 3 times) and the other store was ok, just not as helpful and friendly on the phone!

So top marks for your store!!

We ate brunch in restaurant before shopping and had to eat with tiny dessert forks!

I shop in Sainsbury's every week and spend a lot of money . However the last few weeks I have not been able to purchase spices I need as you now only have your own variety. This week the fruit and vegetable section was a shambles, there was nothing left at all on a Friday afternoon. There were boxes everywhere, no one around to ask help for things I couldn't purchase, the empty spaces were shocking!

What's going on in the cafe? It used to be excellent now service is poor too few staff I think , often 10-12 people in queue to order! Very slow service 20 minutes to clear up a spillage near the entrance,! The staff can't cope need new leadership!

You have 2 abandoned dogs tethered up in your car park. Abandoned and freezing. We have rung rspca and your staff have said "nothing we can do, not in our hands"

Disgusting !!!

What on earth is happening to your milk? Yes I know it's been hot but with modern appliances there is just no excuse for your milk to end up solid with two more "sell by" days left. I wouldn't be writing this if it was the first time but this has now happened on three separate occasions. Due to this we rarely buy milk at your supermarket. I would point out that this does not happen with Tesco's . No breakfast cereal for my husband this morning - he is not happy

The travellers in your car park have puppies tethered up to your trolley parks - RSPCA have now had to make 2 visits. The travellers' presence is making your shoppers feel intimidated if they park up in the area of the caravans. There is rubbished dumped everywhere, despite No Fly Tipping signs. If you won't take heed of people concerned about animal welfare then I'm sure you will take note of the fact that your customers are starting to shop elsewhere.

Not very happy with Dunstable Sainsburys. I wish they would teach their staff to read the labels. Just bought some Royal Gala apples which it clearly says on label. Got charged for Pink Lady apples which are £1.15p more a kilo. As the weight of the apples was nearly 1 kilo I feel that Sainsburys owe me

£1. Hardly worth the cost of fuel to go and get a refund but not very happy. Will be checking my bill in future even if I hold the rest of the customers up.

User

I wanted to ask why you do not respond to the complaint letters? My husband sent you one before Christmas as he was treated really badly in your shop and we still haven't heard anything back. Well this is not the best customer service especially after over 10 years of shopping at your store.

User

I am disgusted to hear your response after being informed of 2 abandoned dogs being tied up outside your store in the freezing cold. I will never step foot in this place and will be sure to warn my friends and family of the same. Your total lack of support or care for animal cruelty on your premises is unacceptable and Inhumane.

User

Don't fill shelves up like they used to so very poor

Daughter ordered £177 worth of shopping, £50 worth didnt turn up. Sainsburys told me it would be delivered to her yesterday, instead they have cancelled the order and STOLEN £50 from her as they have not offered to REFUND the money. My daughter has mental health issues, she cannot talk to them on the phone and they would not talk to me her advocate today yet they would on Sunday when I called them. Going to see if Sainsburys contact me by messenger to resolve this or I'm calling the police. Had enough.

User

Absolutely disgusting that you are not taking more appropriate action to assist poor animals tethered up in your car park. My friend and I complained and were told "not our problem"

I will not return to this store and I will be complaining to head office. It is not acceptable to ignore animal cruelty on your premises
