Sainsbury'S

I love my Sainsbury's shop in Rice lane, the staff are so helpful and friendly, I am just hoping that the merger with Asda will have no influence on the store , I dislike Asda and don't shop there by choice . Thank you today for the help and assistance I received today at the store by such lovely staff xx

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Lisa and Annette in the Sainsbury’s Rice Lane store today! We had a massive corporate order issue which they resolved so efficiently and nothing was to much trouble! Absolutely amazing service from everyone in there! Thanks again!!!

A store were the Sun always shines. A must avoid for all Liverpool fans.

Not happy at all the fact the S*n "newspaper" is being sold under the counter.....Very underhand, why not follow Tescos etc and refuse to sell it!! ...Obviously catering to the minority... Will seriously consider shopping elsewhere

More vegan/free from fridge items please! 'Cheese' especially. Like your other stores have. Other than that, a great selection.

What is a convenience store? Sainsbury's Rice Lane is one of the biggest on Merseyside, hardly a corner shop.

Try to avoid the understaffed café unless you don't mind waiting. Expecting a few staff to run themselves ragged is detrimental to staff moral maybe the store manager and his senior staff should roll up their sleeves and wash the dishes instead of using the whip! 3 stars for the hardworking staff.

Service was slow and the woman serving us was precoccupied, and had to be reminded of our order. She told us to sit down but didn't give us our drinks. We had to go and ask for them half way through our meal. Apart from that incident things were ok.

Poor customer service, nobody on the shop floor for information, then given the wrong information

I bought some red Chilli’s when I got them home and cut into them they were moldy. I have contacted customer service with photo evidence and they didn’t even bother to respond. Very poor customer service!!

Will not shop here while you continue to sell The S*n

Stop selling the Scum Justice for the 96! � Boycott

Slow service to order. Watched people who ordered after me recieve breakfast first. When i asked why i was rudely told they come in order. Then recieved a luke warm breakfast after 40 minute wait. Dont eat here.

Selling the dark S*n against wishes of many staff and customers. Insensitive anti 96 corporate management. Don't Buy The S*n!

I can shop in nearly 300 other stores, large and small, where the rag is not sold.

Branches of Tesco, Morrisons, Co Op, Asda, Aldi, small independents.



They get my trade.

The rag trashed the reputation of an entire city and tarnished the memory of 96 friends and family.



Please show some respect for the city you serve.
