Visited the cafe twice in recent months & I have to say the man that works in there, clearing the tables & keeping the cafe clean & tidy, is 1 of the hardest working men I have ever seen! He never stops! He's so cheerful all the time, saying to customers 'Have the best day' when bringing the food over. He is why Bamber Bridge cafe is spotless & welcoming. I want to steal him for the kitchen I work in

I get home delivery and last night the washing up liquid exploded via delivery. Was given a refund on these items and also a £5 voucher on my next shop. John your amazing and thoughtful delivery driver just dropped me off a gorgeous bunch of flowers with another apology. Love them ;)

I don't usually do things like this, however it's not often I come across such outstanding customer service. I frequent the store around the same time in the evenings and each evening I'm greeted with a grinning and friendly face. A stranger to her she has taken the time to get to know me over the past months, remembering my name, asking about my day. However - this evening when I went into store where I was greeted as usual, had a whirlwind chat as usual, paid (unfortunately as usual) the cashier pulled out a card congratulating me on buying my first home!

To Sindy, thank you for going above and beyond every time I see you, cheering me up after a hard day at work!

To the big bosses, please take time out of your day to give Sindy the kiosk maestro a massive congratulations on her outstanding customer service.

I am absolutely addicted to your Italian marinated artichokes! Please never change the recipe or stop selling them. I have started shopping at Sainsbury’s so much more, all because of those artichokes! Wish I lived closer, but the trip is worth it .

We where pleased with the clothing I got, then went in the cafe for lunch, it was good no hassle with the car park, but it was Wednesday , I believe wkend s are very busy, I would go again through the week , it was a pleasant shop thank you

The store, product range, and staff are very good. However the store's foot print has increased ,with the addition of an Argos store, leading to a reduction in car parking spaces, and I am disappointed that a second entrance/exit was not added at the same time. Spending 10 minutes trying to get out of a car is not something I wish to do too often.

User

Shopping experience spoiled at the end by the car park marshalling muppets who were making the exit queues worse. Just let drivers sort themselves out.

Lovely breakfast, lovely staff, let yourselves down with cleanliness. Dirty tables, litter and salt all over window ledge.

Purely because they have stopped doing deep crust make your own pizza. They have also stopped doing the garlic base only .

I don’t know what has happened at Sainsbury’s in Bamber Bridge recently, firstly I can’t buy a Piel de Sapo melon for love nor money. Love these melons and seems there are never any in stock.

Secondly I usually go on a Saturday or Sunday and have ham, egg and chips before the weekly shop. This weekend we waited for over half an hour for it to be delivered only to find that the eggs were over cooked, crusty and dripping in fat. Also dripping in fat was the ham, yet the chips were a combination of cold soggy or hard.

New chef, poor suppliers hopefully things don’t stay this way and I wasn’t the only person left disappointed with the cafe experience.

You need to sort your car park attendants out we've been sat on your car park waiting to get off for nearly half an hour ,i appreciate it's a busy time of year but surely someone can operate a fair system for queues it's a bloody joke

Rude staff at the petrol station. I’d Rather run out of petrol on the M6 than fill up there again!

Jackie who works changing peoples currency....RUDE. The most unpleasant and unhelpful lady I’ve ever met. Not the face you want to see before going on holiday

User

I queued up at the exchange bureau for half an hour to be told there was no Turkish lira left! Come on sainsburys you could have put a sign up. Not impressed!

Don't often visit Sainsbury's as it can be expensive but took a trip there on the way home from work, did a small shop and bought a packet of dates and when I got home I noticed they had a fly stuck to one of them, I took them back the next day and the lady at customer service was more than happy to let me choose another packet of fruit free of charge, I chose a packet of grapes only to find a squashed spider and cob webs in the packet...will not be returning to Sainsbury's...sort it out
