I shopped there yesterday and was randomly selected to be awarded 500 Nectar points!

Hi, last week, whilst putting my food shop through the checkout I was involved in an incident I wanted to bring to your attention. I was putting my food through on Alan's till. I ALWAYS go to Alan. The reason for this is that he is professional, courteous, friendly and polite. As usual, he was enquiring about my health, what I'd been up to etc. He is always so charming.



An extremely rude lady behind kept sighing and eventually shouted at him to scan and talk at the same time. I would like to say that he did not stop scanning in order to talk to me, he was doing both at the same time. Despite her extreme rudeness, he was very calm and answered her in a polite and friendly manner, which I confess I would have found very difficult given her extreme rudeness.



Reason for this post is just on the off chance she has complained. She absolutely had no grounds for complaint, and in fact should apologise to Alan who did nothing wrong.



Rude lady. If by any chance you're reading this please get a life, and more importantly get some manners and let people get on with their jobs and their shopping unhindered! You upset me that day and neither myself or Alan deserved that. Be more patient and polite to staff and fellow shoppers in future please

Had everything i wanted food is great value staff plesent and helpful

Arrived at the check out today with the Christmas shop and 3 small children. My 20 month old was having a rather lovely screaming session. One of your employees offered to help pack my shopping whilst offering her Christmas antlers to help soothe my toddler! Kindness and brilliant customer service. Thank you!

A big thank you to your Customer Service team who located and rescued my phone for me this afternoon. I thought I'd never see it again.
