Visited the cafe here on Wednesday morning and enjoyed our breakfasts , i would like to say how lovely the cafe assistant was , very friendly and helpful , I saw him take a hot drink outside to a homeless guy � what a lovely act of kindness , an absolute angel ��

I’d like to thank the lady who works at the click and collect section and helped me yesterday, looking for my 5 day delayed DPD parcel and being incredibly understanding, efficient and helpful! I was tired and frustrated by the time I was transferred to her but she was ever so helpful and put me at ease. DPD could and should learn from Sainsbury’s and this lady’s customer services and efficiency!

I really enjoy shopping in this Sainsbury's. I like the items they offer, particularly electrical; household and the extensive DVD selection. I think this might have something to do with this being on top of the Manchester University; MMU and UMIST campuses and student residential areas of Withington and Fallowfield. I used to shop exclusively in Lidl and they are good, particularly for vegetables; toilet roll and kitchen towel; but not as good as this Sainsbury's, for discounted branded electrical and smartphone goods. My recreation is a leisurely wander around, with a cold Red Bull and one of their home baked Pain Aux Raisan and they have an excellent café with WiFi around the store. My latest purchase is the excellent Russell Hobbs Family Combination Microwave (Microwave - Grill - Conventional Convection Oven) in stainless steel on OFFER: Was £130 Reduced to £80. Just reading the instructions, which includes a 5 recipe booklet utilising all the features and a FREE £50 voucher to be spent at Virgin Wines, I don't drink, but will try to get champagne, so in a way, I got the microwave for £30!

Feeling very grateful to Mike in your store. I left my phone at the self checkout and he very honestly returned it to us! Thank You!
