I would like to express my thanks to the online team and delivery drivers at your Ashton Under Lyne. An error arose this morning causing considerable stress but this was resolved swiftly, effectively and I am one very happy customer. They all went the extra mile to ensure my turkey arrived and even gave me options. My thanks go to Gill Godfrey (online team in store), I think the delivery drivers were called Alan and Dave and Chris on the helpline. A rated customer service. I will continue to order throughout 2017. Thank you and Merry Christmas. �

A big thank you to the security guards there today who helped me with a tricky situation!! My 2 year old somehow got locked in the car! They were very calm and helpful! And thank you to the kind woman that stopped to help...you were a star!!!!!

Think they have good selection of foods. Love the bakery.

Ordered 2 pizza to go , was told be ready in 10 mins got them home and they were not cooked.I could have picked them up myself rather than wait if I wanted them cold. The offer of them cooking it for me for an extra pound was too good to resist. We are regular customers and my wife and I were really disappointed by this decline in your standards.

Friendly staff, reasonable prices and a good selection.

Dined in the the Restaurant there on Saturday, and I must say I was pleasantly surprised .

Not enough staff serving in cafe at lunchtime only one serving not good enough causing long queues

Great shop, rubbish parking, access, egress and carpark management...spoils the experience

We had breakfast and the food was awful, the bacon under cooked, not very warm and the staff on the till needs a little help in customer service, starting with a 'morning & smile'.

Very expensive should have gone to ASDA or Morrisons or Tescos ridiculous overpriced won't be going there again

Hour to get out of your car park , unacceptable , never shopppng with yourself again

Dear Sainsbury's I won't be coming back until you build another exit to your car park

Currently sat on a car park for over an hour & not able to move. Apparently though if you go the wrong way round you can get off!! Totally rammed at M&S Sainsburys Ashton & my car blocked in on all sides!!



It's now 3 hrs since I tried to leave Sainsburys car park & hardly moved. Never ever sat in a a queue that Never moved. No one knows what is happening & no one seems to be helping either.



After just over 2 hrs of sitting there a lovely young girl from M&S came & gave out water. Left sainsburys store at 2:05pm left their car park at 5:45pm my frozen goods were defrosted & ruined. Wasted money & wasted time. Sat for over 3hrs without moving while everyone from front of car park got out. People in the end were leaving cars & walking home. Hardly any cars left on car park when I left it. I will never return there again.

Car park is totally blocked. Some people have been stuck here for hours. Why did you continue to let cars into your car park? Disgraceful.
