Staff in cafe and on shop floor are polite, friendly and very helpful.

Sainsburys Upton have been supporting `Bread of Life Community Project for 9 years now. How fantastic as they started this for us when it wasnt fashonable at all to give excess and un used bakery and fruit and veg products to charity to help us feed local families in need, homeless people, the sick elderly and so many on Wirral facing hardship and crisis. Thank you for your ongoing and continuas support Sainsburys Upton. xx

What a very nice gesture to supply the gentleman in Arrowe Park Hospital with the items, free of charge..... Great piece in the Echo....

Saintsbury's Upton is a good place to shop because it has a great range of items and the Tu sales at 25% off can make the clothing excellent value. The Nectar vouchers can be great it annoying... They do try!

Again. Only one on the cafe serving coffee. Q 12 long. Anyone who may just want breakfast are stuck in this q. Been here over 10 min now still 4 ahead of me and 5 behind me. 2 have just walked off 10 am Do you really care saibsburys.

Useless bunch of staff I met at customer service polite but useless. I wanted to get some more dollars for my holiday to America the time shut for the money exchange rate in Sainsbury's is 6:30pm Saturday as in today. I was there at 5:00pm in que with ever one else only to get turn away, because no one was on the exchange till. YOU HAVE TWO STAFF ON CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU CAN EASY PUT ONE ON!!! Sadly that did not happen has I was told it's close at this time. I did responded back saying your time to shut the exchange is at 6:30PM. Which I saw a note by then saying sorry unavailable right now. How can you close it off even tho you still have time to keep it open for a hour and half. Rant over will not recommend getting exchange from Sainsbury's to any one.

The amount of child and parent spaces in the new car park layout is absolutely ridiculous. Parking as far back as Homebase. Think I'll stick with tescos thanks

Nice layout of shop. Staff friendly apart from one lady who wasn't. Couldn't redeem my points on nectar card to buy 2 products as used the card 10 min before to buy petrol to put points on the card . Apparently u can only use the nectar card once a day ......... Never had this at my local branch.

My sister and I have spent the afternoon Christmas shopping and then chatting in the cafe. Only when we came out did we realise we had been there over 3 hours. Are we now both going to receive fines?

Every time I come to this store I am getting harnessed in the car park for my car to be washed this is so annoying why is this allowed to happen haven't noticed it before in other supermarkets

Decent selection of stock. Think some staff need a little customer relations updates. I only interacted with two members of staff, one was pleasant and helpful despite being busy. The lady on the lottery machine was next to useless. Most unhelpful.

Very disappointed to make the trip to buy euros as online it says the bureau de change is open till 4.30pm on a Sunday, to find it shut at 4pm.

To the complete idiot Sainsbury's driver who overtaken me on the inside and then made me slam on you should get yourself a licence , then he went through Moreton cross like a man on a mission, l think the reg was po64 . This was around 4 ish , check there tracker. This man needs the sack before he causes a fatal accident .

So Sainsbury’s Upton think it’s OK to get their road works done on A Sunday night till midnight for the foreseeable future. No consideration for the surrounding neighbourhood. Profit before safety

Put extra tills on ffs extra tills......................

Just had a security guard ask if I'd bought my products because he allegedly seen me put Christmas tags in my pocket (this didn't happen) what an absolute mug, embarassing since I shop here daily, will take my business elsewhere

I’ve just visited your store and the car park is being re surfaced. The place is absolute chaos. Could you not have done this yesterday (Sunday) afternoon once the store has closed. I will not be coming back in a hurry!

Did a small bit of shopping on sat but ended up spending at least 15 mins queing for the tills staff very young and not at all interested half the tills were closed and one section of the self service tills was also closed really disappointing for sainsburys but seems to be the norm now
