Very soon we are moving to a brand newly furnished gym premises.
... New top of the range punch bags, Thai Pads from Sandee.
New strength training area with squat racks. Olympic barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and much more.
New menŌĆÖs and womenŌĆÖs changing rooms with showers.
Same awesome classes with more to be added to the timetable.

great club Paul and Mark are great. Very welcoming
Was worried as it was my 6yr old daughters 1st attempt. No need to have worried as instructor was great with kids and made the class interesting and appealing so much so my normally easily bored/shy daughter loves it and can't wait to go again. Thanks

Started at salford as a New Gym..loving it..good energy..quality training good instuctures freindly ..Positive vibes #happydays.
My kids love it. Professionally controlled fitness and Muay Thai training, great for confidence building, teaching discipline and respect, which sets them in good stead for life in general. Highly recommended.

Great facilities, superb coaching and trainers, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Perfect for boxing, Muay Thai and MMA or general fitness.
