I've just completed my second course of hair extension training with Lisa at salon sienna and was very happy!

Lisa was very professional and a great trainer, she is great at explaining why things are done a certain way and gave some brilliant advice . I went to the Salon to visit Chloe who is the beautician there. She is very friendly and really does look after you.

I've had beauty treatments but also semi-permanent make-up done by her and I've been more than happy with the result.

Had my weave hair extension training here today by Lisa. It Was absolutely fantastic, I feel really confident with it and Lisa was great, never let me give up. Would definitely recommend.

Came here today to learn how to do micro ring hair extensions, I had a amazing day learnt a lot. Lisa is fantastic and a great tutor, she is very supportive and helps you step by step to make sure you know exactly how to do it. The salon is lovely and the environment is wonderful you are made to feel instantly welcome and comfortable, I would highly recommend this course for anyone wanting to learn the trade! A truly fantastic salon, such a great atmosphere every single day with a brilliant team who work hard to ensure that every client is pampered, and leaves feeling fabulous! The fantastic service doesn't end there my nails and hd brows have never been as gorgeous as when in Emma hands, nor had I ever had such a brilliant a facial before I met the lovely Jan. Great service, reasonable prices and free car parking what more could a girl want!

I got my hair done on Wednesday this week. Very clean salon and wonderful staff. Caleb did my hair and I asked to have the balayage done, very wonderful person. I was told it will take one and a half hours but it took longer than necessary, but that's probably because my hair was black. I've had various colours put in to my hair before and I am actually professionally trained on hair myself. My sister owns her own salon in Oldham, Leeds, Manchester and Liverpool. The only reason I got my hair done with Salon Sienna was because I read good reviews and because I decided to get it done last minute but my sister was not available as they were shut due to an occasion. Although I am trained with Toni and Guy I can not do my own hair to save my life! Anyway, so Caleb advised me my hair was dead as it had a lot of split ends which I agree with so he cut a lot of it off which I am very greatful about. I was told because my hair is black it would not lift to a blonde which again I agree with. So they did a patch test and I could see that it lifted to a warm caramel colour. I was happy with that. Once my hair was done it was not the warm caramel colour I was shown. It was a ginger colour and then after the toner it turned in to a brown. The balayage was not high enough like the picture I showed to the hairdresser it was very low like a dip dye style. There is a difference between balayage and dip dye. My hair ended up being a dip dye design instead. I never mess around with my hair this was the first time I got it done somewhere else instead of my original salon. I have now got my hair fixed with my original salon and it actually did lift, my hair is now the balayage that I wanted it to be. I'm a hairdresser myself I know how it should be done. Maybe I should have mentioned that at the salon. Over all I was very happy with the way I was treated. It was a very professional salon and well mentained. But I would not recommend it to anyone that has black hair and is wanting to go lighter. Just wanted to say a big thank you to Caleb aswell, he was wonderful and did try his best! Excellent customer service.
