I had been trying to find a certain pair of Swarovski earrings that weren't stocked anywhere! Finally found them online at this jewellers. There was a small problem encountered regarding damage during delivery, which they went above and beyond to sort! I received excellent customer service and an immediate replacement. Brilliant!! ...... they have by far the best jewellery collections I have ever come across, I am a big jewellery fanatic and have been in many shops but this one is by far the best. Leanne (I think she is the manageress) is very knowledgable on all aspects of jewellery from fashion jewellery right through to gem stones and diamonds. I collect unusual gem stones and Leanne always knows what I am talking about ..... very rare in most jewellers these days!
