Seaside Stitchers Description
Whether a beginner or expert, we offer a warm, seaside welcome to anyone who is interested in embroidery and textile art.
We meet twice a month on the second and last Mondays, at the Blackpool Art Society Studio on Wilkinson Avenue (off West Park Drive) Blackpool FY3 9HB, at 7: 15pm.
Meetings include talks from contemporary textile artists and practical stitch nights. In addition to our evening meetings, we hold several Saturday workshops throughout the year which provide the chance of a full day's stitching, creativity, relaxation and sharing ideas. We benefit from some inspirational teachers who encourage us to expand our horizons.
