Went to tiffanys to purchase my daughters 21st birthday present first class service from Laura my friend and I were given a glass of champagne each and samples of tiffany perfume excellent service Thank you laura for making us feel special�

We had the most amazing customer service on Saturday 4th March just before closing by a young man called Neil who works in the men’s clothing department. We wanted to return a Reiss item and after a terrible experience in the Reiss store we found Neil to be so very helpful and he went above and beyond. We got a full refund which is something Reiss refused but not just that he was very pleasant and went out of his way for us. A big thank-you Neil! xxx

This is my favourite store in Manchester I love the store it's fabulous to shop in and the staff are amazing, have to give a special mention to Laura on Christian louboutin her service is second to none. X

Saturday my best friend from Ireland had flown to Manchester for my birthday so we went to get our makeup professionally done by Dior.

It was horrific! I will never get makeup done there again we had shown pictures of what we wanted to the woman that was doing it and got the opposite.

We both had to purchase 2 items £50 pound each even tho we didn’t like it.

We went to the girls at mac to get some eyelashes to make it look a bit better, they were in shock they took off the makeup off and redone it for they were amazing so nice and kind to us.

Kindly the manager of Mac sorted it out for us and we got a refund.

It was a fantastic day yesterday after bought my bag at LV shop went upstairs for a drink. The service was good and fast absolutely great place to do your shopping and dine at the same time.

I love Selfridges .. fabulous choices of wonderful products.. I go there for the amazing array of men’s colognes . The staff are always so friendly and knowledgeable about every product.. excellent store.. love it

Fantastic service very helpfull staff we visited on Sunday 5 Nov the male assistant on the carvella shoes was ace I couldn't decide which shoes 👠 he offered me and my friend a glass of fizz which helped us to make our minds up purchased completed , we felt really special thankyou.

Yesterday my 14yr old son and his friend was mugged/robbed by up to 15 youths in the entrance hall of Selfridges Manchester of their Gucci caps that they had just purchased for £190 each 5 mins earlier with their Xmas money. When they went back into the store they were told that they were aware of it and were just told to ring 101 my sister sent selfridges an email about this as it happened in the store not outside and their response to it was this�. So this is now why I am writing this as I am disgusted at your response ���if they were shoplifting I’m sure your security team would have been all over them!!!

Warning do not park here if you want a to pay £40 to park i never been to xmas market be4 was looking forward to it an i did enjoy it till we went to pay for car an ot was £40 what a con am a single mum so thank you very much for me having to use my food shopping money to pay to get my car out i hope the money goes to some think good an not a fat cat i will not be visiting your car or shop again

Visited the perfume department yesterday, I was going to purchase a bottle of Maison Francis perfume. I asked if I could have s sample for my Mum, the lady said no, they don't give out samples & soon lost interest

I went to Harvey Nicols instead where I found the lady very helpful, I asked for a sample, she gave me 2!, I purchased the perfume also.

Shame I didn't receive such treatment at Selfridges, very poor

Travelled 1 hour to your store to purchase a £330 Chloe purse in pink, travelled 1 hour back only to find the sales assistant had given me a grey one! Called your store to explain what had happened and received no apology whatsoever! Disgusted, better customer service at Primark! Will never shop with you again, £330 is a lot of money to me and I expect to firstly get what I asked for and also to be treated a lot better when your sales assistants make rather a big mistake

This happened to a friend's son !!!! Disgusting!!

I returned a pair of Paige jeans Dec 1st to Selfridges . It is now the 20th December I have spoken to customer services , managers and general managers and still have had no refund.

They apologise they are charming and obviously do absolutely nothing. I am fed up of hearing how sorry they are still not as sorry as I am for shopping online in Selfridges’s.....never again.

When am I getting this refund this is not good enough.

I get the impression form your social media (exactly the same photos across all platforms, how imaginative), that you don't sell anything for men then.
