Super walk this morning before 4pm Seniors Thornton frying shift!!!

Good Evening;
Sadly just spoken to my little bro at Seniors Normoss (whoŌĆÖs frying chips) I just wanted to reiterate as a family business we value all our customers & work hard every shift to make each and everyone one of you happy with great service, amazing food & superb value for money but when it ends in one of our staff in tears after a misguided attack we have to back our staff! We donŌĆÖt get it right every time and every manager has been trained to deal with almost ALL e...vents but please understand each member of staff tries all shift to make you happy if they didnŌĆÖt they wouldnŌĆÖt be working for the brand!

We stopped off for tea at your Thornton restaurant yesterday. We were served by the lovely Carol and Leanne who were very friendly and had an excellent meal as always....A 5* recommendation from us

Thank you so much for catering for our presentation evening last night. All 190 portions went down an absolute treat! Thank you ’┐Į’┐Į

Preston community transport are very impressed not only with the quality of the food but also the service we always receive. Again tonight we have been with 26 of our customers who all gave it a big thumbs up, a massive thankyou to Gary Moorcroft and his staff at Red Bank Rd Bispham ’┐Į

Our party of 14 visited Bispham en-route to the lights on weds. We had 1st class service from Sasha throughout. We had a great meal which was fantastic value. "Now thats a proper light crispy batter" and "amazing fish" were comments heard on our journey afterwards. Thank you so much!! We would recommend other parties to pre book and visit seniors too.

It's my number one choice every time. I have been visiting the Normoss shop since the early days when Ric was running it. It's still excellent and his boys certainly make him proud. The only thing I do miss is the variety of different special fish that made this shop better than the rest. There was always different kind of fish advertised on the mirrors, I wish they would bring that back. Keep on frying guys. ­¤æŹ

I visited yesterday lunch time with my nana, we were greeted by a very welcoming girl, she recommended I have the combo deal which was amazing. I was undecided on which curry sauce to have so let me try them both! My nana had OAP offer which was the perfect portion size for her. Even though the restaurant was busy we never felt rushed and the girl who served us went out of her way to ensure we were happy. We both had a lovely time we'd like to thank Emily for looking after us.

Had a fish supper Friday 16th March at Seniors on Normoss Road ... it was exactly how fish and chips should be Yummy!

Thank you Seniors for good food and good service. The perfect start to a Friday evening.

Had a Brilliant meal in the Poulton-le-Fylde restaurant this evening, chips were really tasty with the new potatoes, staff were very polite and helpful, couldnŌĆÖt fault them in any way, keep up the good work, a credit to the seniors chain.

By chance I was in the Bispham area a few days ago around lunchtime.

Luckily, I remembered the Seniors Chippy in the village. I had a lunch time special (last of the big spenders) and it was so delicious, I just had to do a review.

Brilliant service and top notch fish and chips - life just don't get any better!!!

Very expensive chips and gravy! ┬Ż4.40 for 2 small chips and 2 tiny tubs of gravy. Lovely service but food overpriced :( Pleased to say that (as below) Seniors engaged with us in relation to our thoughts and offered a valid explanation for their costings. Also told us all about there headliner on a Tuesday which next time I get the urge for chippy itll wait till a Tuesday as Ive had their fish before and boy that is good!

Cheap chippy Tuesday youŌĆÖve got to love it 2 small cod and chips for a fiver whatŌĆÖs not to like

Cod - moist.

Batter - great.

Mushy peas - definitely homemade.

The food is always good and the premises are always clean with friendly staff, BUT, the portion sizes are tiny. ┬Ż2.45 for the smallest 'large' portion of chips I've ever seen. Considering the profit you must be making, serving what looks like 20p's worth of potatoes for ┬Ż2.45, it's even more of an insult to add a charge for paying with a debit card!

We ate in the Lytham restaurant today and whilst the food was good, unfortunately the behaviour of the staff who were either on a break, or not on shift yet, was appalling and ruined our meal. Having a bunch of kids throwing scampi round and then refuse to pick it up when told to by the manager was not on. Listening to their idle chat wasnŌĆÖt what we wanted when we chose to sit in, and then to be subject to their volume and, frankly, downright rude behaviour and insubordination has soured our experience of Seniors so we will definitely not eat in again. Maybe get a staff room, or teach your staff some manners - especially when there are customers in the restaurant.

Got a medium haddock meal deal with other items tonight from the Bispam shop the fellow behind me orders two medium cod I cudnt help notice his cod was twice the size of my haddock I pointed out to the staff it looks like a small, but I was totally ignored, I then left the shop felling short changed, only to get home and the chips was soft and mushy, definitely not rush back in a hurry

Ordered two bread cakes and chips take away. To my horror when getting home the bread had mould on it. Took it back and the guy try to say it was because it was next to hot till. Hello. Mould grows that quick then! Got offered refund .

I can't give a rating for the food, seeing as we couldn't eat there! went in for my daughters birthday treat, but extremely disappointed that they didn't have any highchairs for our 11mo, saying due to space in the restaurant it wasn't suitable to have them! Doesn't make sense to be accessible for the disabled, but cant accommodate a small highchair that takes up the same space as a regular chair-nonsense!

DoesnŌĆÖt even deserve 1. Got home and half the chips were basically raw. Not happy.
