Bisto came in again today for his regular groom. Such a cutie and a very good boy. Always a pleasure to groom. 💙💙🐶

Mable has her own chair at the salon. She has always sat here. She sits and waits for her mum to return. 💕 love this girl.

Max has been coming to Shampooch since we opened in 2013. We have got to know each other really well over the years and his understanding of the salon is first class. Always love seeing this boy 💙💙 Max is 10 years old and still a working dog, he is so happy and so adorable.

Today due to a power cut we had to postponed a few grooms. Thank you to those that understood and rebooked with us another day, you were most helpful.
It was great to see lovely Flo today and give her a pamper, once our electric went back on.

She's been missing since yesterday afternoon. Her owner thinks she escaped through a garden fence or someone may have taken her. ... Any information please contact me. Thank you

Used a few different dog groomers with my dog mason. This is the best by far. They are fantastic. I could not recommend them enough to others. Xx

These girls do a fantastic job, I wouldn’t take my boy anywhere else! He goes in looking like a scruffy little Herbert, and is returned to me looking and smelling beautiful, and ready for crufts!! More importantly he enjoys it, he’s always happy to get there, and reluctant to leave! Clearly both Tracey and Donna know there stuff, and reduce any stress for the dogs in their care, highly recommended ! Keep up the good work! �

Second time of taking my Springer to be pampered , So So pleased , it has made him look so young bless him , he smells lovely along with his breath after having his teeth cleaned , definitely going back . The ladies are so friendly and welcoming to. Very well recommended

First visit with my two dogs and what a warm welcome from both ladies, excellent grooming and very informal with no over the counter service. I will return with my dogs and i can recommend this brilliant grooming service.
