Community shed well underway! The guys have spent a lot of time and effort in building it.
Overall this project has been a fantastic effort by the committee and members of the community, lots of people have helped and donated towards it be it time or materials and many thanks go out to all involved!
It will hopfully be completed over the next couple of weeks in time for Daves Famous Charity Games day on SUNDAY 23 JUNE (Proceded this year to MIND). £5.00 entry and food will b...e available at an extra cost.
We look forward to many a happy get togethers and events in this upcoming season and will keep you informed of dates and progress. If anyone would like to donate anything toward the tombola/raffle please get in touch! 😘

Break ins on the plot again last night. Field side so far. Accessed through greenhouses mainly.

The final count from the allotment fair is £262.19! A tremendous effort!! Big thanks to Antony and Eve for organising, to Marilyn for doing food, Sandra and Anthony, Stewart and Marilyn for donating food, to Stewart for making the stocks, Julia for painting them, to Tommy, Dave, Stewart, Bev and Tony for all the preparations (including trying to put up a fly away tent), to fred for providing the tent, Stewart for making signs, Sarah and Emma for face painting, cake donations ...from Naila, Bev, Eve, Anthony, Norah and Julia and everyone who helped with the raffle, Tommy, Eve, Julia, Dave, Marilyn. Also to Ian for collecting litter and to everyone who went in the stocks to raise money, Dave, Tommy, Tony, Julia, Stewart, Kayleigh, Anthony, Paul, Elizabeth. To scowie for donating apple bobbing bucket, Ian Biggs for the apples, Anthony for the conkers and Eve for the children's crafting table. We would also like to thank our sponsors for donating prizes to the envelope game, a list of these will be posted at a later time once I have all the information and of course we would like to thank each and every person who came and enjoyed the day with us helping us to raise funds! Your all amazing!

Any one reporting a break in on thursday evening the 6/9/18 should report it to the police on 101, these thefts have been logged. the incident happend between 5.10 and 7.15. you must ring and give them your plot number.

Hose pipe ban by United utilities due to start Monday 5th August has been cancelled.
