I've had a much needed self care day today - after mental health awareness day yesterday I felt inspired to do something for myself and my own wellbeing. This morning was a lovely Yin Yoga class - I always feel better after yoga, it's a time for me to connect to my breath, realign my energy and completely clear my head 🕉

Trying to get back into my morning spiritual practice today of gym workout (Yes, it's a spiritual practice for me!), yoga, meditation, breathwork and gratitude. Whenever I do this I feel full of energy for not just the day ahead but all aspects of my life!

I've been having trouble sleeping for the past month so the last two nights I've been playing this all night while sleeping.
Checked my fitbit today and the last two nights and the best sleep I've had since June! Give it a try if you struggle with sleep.
I just have it on my Bluetooth speaker on low volume next to my bed :)

When you step into Laura’s domain, you’re instantly put at ease. She’s created a wonderful world of mood-lighting, soft music and gorgeous scents. It was bliss to be there! I had an essential oils consultation which was not only fascinating but incredibly insightful! I came away with a better understanding of myself, how essential oils can benefit me and my loved ones, and three bottles of sample oils which I adore! The Itovi scan Laura performed on me was amazing and she definitely had me pegged to a tee after analysis. Since using the oils she recommended, I’ve been feeling much more like my old self with a lot more get up and go. It’s even helped with my SAD! Laura put on an amazing all day Law of Attraction workshop that really made the manifesting process so clear and easy to understand. I was really impressed by her down to earth and honest approach to manifesting that broke down how to do it into a series of manageable steps.



I had such a great day and we looked at the law of attraction from a methodical, spiritual and energetic point of view so all bases were covered. Plus we got to create vision boards which were so much fun and allowed us to start envisioning our goals coming to us.



I would highly recommend Laura's workshops if you are at all confused or want to learn more about what the law of attraction really is and how to make it work for you! I know I for one am feeling much more clarity and excitement about how to make the manifesting process work for me. Thank you Laura!

Laura is amazing I've completed both my level 1 and 2 Reiki with her, she's very friendly and she is always there for support or anything is needed months after the courses. I booked in with Laura for one of her bespoke treatments for myself and my boyfriend as a treat. I was under quite a bit of stress at the time but Laura put me at ease straight away. What a lovely lady and a beautiful treatment which including sound healing, crystal therapy and Reiki. I immediately felt much more relaxed and calm but also uplifted and would highly recommend her treatments for anyone who needs de-stressing or just wants to feel fantastic. I have also attended a couple of Laura's essential oil rollerball classes, which are amazing. She is so knowledgeable and helpful and am now using the oils (which are beautiful) as part of my daily life and I feel so much better. X

Laura has a wonderful aura about her and I was able to follow her advice and knowledge about essential oils. She made it all so interesting and her products were amazing. I would highly recommend her classes because she is able to taylor to your needs. The wellbeing scan was very impressive and loved the fact I could match my own personal essential oils to what my mind and body needed. Thank you so much for an eye opening session. I have booked on the retreat day and I know I will find out so much more about myself. Xxx

Had an amazing retreat day at my home where Laura gave me loads of different treatments & did some shamanic drumming & reiki to finish with. I had a much needed relax & some amazing insights too. Highly recommend these days �

Being a complete new comer to meditation I really enjoy Laura's weekly Monday classes. It is a really warm and welcoming environment and the insight from Laura and other group members has been really interesting. Laura is really knowledgeable, approachable and personable. Thoroughly enjoying starting my week feeling positive with a clearer mind. Thank you xx
