Counselling, NLP and hypnotherapy can be used to empower people, and help them make positive changes in their lives where they may be being restricted. It can help with confidence & self-esteem, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, fears & phobias, expanding skills, weight loss, and more.

My past experience includes helping clients to overcome a fear of flying, gain confidence in motorway driving (after a trauma), make healthier choices which can lead to weight loss, building confidence in presenting & interview skills, cope with bereavement, and assisting with overcoming anxiety and depression.

I have worked with domestic and sexual abuse victims for nine years, offering them advice, support, and helping them with their recovery.

In the new year (2018), I will be offering hypno-gastric band. Please look out for further information coming soon.
