I've recently ordered several items from Simon Jersey; great fitting chinoiserie trousers, blouses and casual pumps. It was quick delivery and I've found the quality of the clothing really good. It's been nice having new clothes for work.

I don't normally write reviews unless I've had really bad service but felt I had to write to say well done for the brilliant service received! Both tops fitted perfectly and look really good delivery was prompt and delivery driver was a cheery chap will definitely be ordering again

Five days ago I sent an email to customer service in both the UK and Germany inquiring about shipping to the US and have yet to receive a response from either. I was planning to place an order for multiple items - do you want my business?

Worst company I have had to deal with. Customer service unhelpful and instead of trying to keep my custom did the opposite.

I would not recommend Simon Jersey!

I waited for the 'Team Leader' to contact me as promised to 'sort something out' and she didn't call. I can't be bothered to chase it up because I know its futile. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience.

What an absolute joke, will never use this company again if this doesn't get resolved. terrible customer service. We spent £150 and before we've even received our order there was an offer on for 20 percent off and free postage and packing. Obviously it didn't seem fair to miss out on the offer but instead of just giving us a good will discount they were asking us to receive the items then send them back and then order them again. Makes absolutely no sense and is just a waste of everybody's time

Useless I ordered a uniform for next day delivery for a new job for tomorrow. So no thanks to them I might not be able to start. Order before 5pm and it be dispatched the same day my butt.

Terrible consumer service, has no respect with the customer.

I wouldn't even give this company 1 star. Yodel lost my parcel Monday, promised on Wednesday I'd get another sent out and delivered by Thursday. Apparently credit control then cancelled this but didn't call to tell me because Yodel were trying to get the parcel off the wrong house they delivered it to (BTW they still haven't got it back a week later), Friday called to complain and guaranteed I'd get it Saturday. Guess what? Yep, no goods delivered on Saturday. Waited all morning - no delivery. Yodel attempted to deliver tonight at 5pm when I was at work. Put a card through the door with no explanation as to where my parcel is. Now having to walk round trip of nearly 6 miles tomorrow to pick a parcel up as can't wait in all day for Yodel again as some of us have to work. Worse than poor Simon Jersey :(

Dont believe their next day delivery .. problems with the warehouse meant item havent even bern picked next working day. No contact made to inform clients so sit in a queue waiting for a customer service operative to tell me sorry its not coming today. Wont be using them again !
