Sincere Services Description
When a flight has been delayed by a minimum of 2 hours, passengers automatically have a legal right to food, beverages, phone calls and accommodation. Passengers only qualify for compensation if their journey is inconvenienced by a minimum of 3 hours.
Under EU regulations, specifically 261 /2004, passengers are entitled to claim flight delay compensation up to a maximum of €600. At Sincere Services we aim to make this a quick and easy process for those who have been unsuccessful in claiming from the airlines themselves.

Shelia Fedrick's wits save teenage girl from being trafficked!
Shelia became suspicious when she saw a well dressed man sat next to a young, scared and disheveled looking girl. When Shelia attempted to communicate with the girl, the man continuously interrupted and would not let the adolescent girl speak.
Ms. Fedrick secretly signaled the teenager to get up and go to the toilet, where there was a note waiting for the girl on the mirror asking if everything was ok, the scared... young lady wrote that she needed help.
The witty flight attendant did not draw attention to herself, she casually went into the cock pit, alarmed the pilot, who then in turn contacted the authorities.
Thanks to Shelia's efforts, the girl managed to escape the fate set for her by human traffickers. The police were waiting to arrest the disgrace for a man when the plane landed.
Now this girl is attending college and looking at a bright and happy future, all thanks to Shelia. The pair still keep in regular contact...

The majority of people share the common conception that Aeroplane food is primarily frozen and that it is later resuscitated on the aircraft😱😷 However, this is not the case, 🅰ll food is prepared 6-8 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. Unfortunately, when delays occur, all prepared meals are disposed of and kitchen staff must prepare it again, from scratch😫 Seems to be that Aeroplane food may have more nutritional value for you than some of the food you would buy at your local supermarket...
