It’s all go here at Skipton ready for this weekends competition. The showjumping area is having some final ground preparation to ensure it’s absolutely tip top.
Aren’t we lucky to have such a stunning setting?!
Had a visit yesterday from the BE Chief Steward and the TA who were VERY complimentary about the going. We can't wait for this weekend!

All our ground issues have been solved!
We have had persistent rain since the early hours of this morning. Get ready for fantastic going at Skipton next weekend!!
Dressage area is looking green and with steady light rain we are feeling confident for some great ground conditions next weekend for Skipton(2).
Final work will be carried out this week. We can’t wait for a weekend of great competition!!

The long awaited rain is here and everything is turning green! Looking forward to Skipton(2) next week and feeling thankful for the rain helping with the ground conditions!
We drive 4hrs every year to come to Skipton bypassing local events! It’s an absolutely brilliant event! Thank you for yet again for giving us testing tracks, perfect ground and superb organisation, plus a friendly and encouraging atmosphere. See you next season
So well organised and fabulous cross country course one of our favourite events �
Skipton is a fantastic event! I’ve been coming to this event for 20+ years and in a nice way the xc has always kept its traditional fences. This gives horse and rider a brilliant feeling and so much confidence at the end of the course. Organisers and sponsors 10/10 can’t fault you what a super job you do.
I will definitely back it seems to be my lucky event with 2 wins there now �

Had a fantastic time yet again yesterday. It was my 2nd time attending. The people are really friendly and so is the atmosphere. I'm looking forward to next years already!!!! :)
Had a fantastic day today, thanks for all your hard work making the going as good as possible, the surface put down at the XC jumps made a huge difference, also big thanks and thumbs up to all the volunteers who make the day possible ����
From a volunteer perspective view and future competitor, this event is brill. I'm looking forward to bringing my up and coming pony to Skipton. The SJ is welcoming yet with a few questions as the xc is perfect, undulating hills and lovely welcoming fences
I can't wait till August for my chance to compete
Everyone was so helpful n happy I really like this place and also want to wish SARAH a happy move to Cornwall
