Lovely to do a little Valentine-themed crafting alongside our usual songs, musical games and dancing this week at Little Larks EY Music! Managed to get MOST of the children in the photos - always a challenge! Have a lovely half term everyone; thank you once again for your custom. 🥰Just finished planning and sourcing music for next week's 'Little Larks' EY Music classes - our theme will be "It's love that makes the world go round" and I can't wait to see all the little ones to deliver it!
🥰You are all very special to me and definitely brighten up the start and end of my week with your lovely smiling faces. Feel free to bring along a special teddy/doll to snuggle up with and show to your friends at the class this week as we explore themes of love, fr...iendship, flowers and more!
***I will be taking re-bookings for the next half-termly block of Little Larks classes (Mon: Clayton and Fri: Church) in the next few days - I'm just waiting to hear if I have to attend a school INSET on the Monday after half-term; if this is the case I may make the block 5 weeks instead of 6, commencing in the 2nd full week back after half term. I'll let you all know as soon as I can. Thank you for your continued support during 2019 - I'm so looking forward to the spring/summer months and developing new themes for you all to enjoy***

Good morning Little Larks Clayton groups - my car wouldn’t start when I got in it at 8:50 - looks like the battery is flat!! My dad is already on his way up to Ossy to come and collect me but will be a little late down to the church for the first group - so sorry. Try the front door as if Pastor Anne is in there you’ll be able to get in. Will be as quick as I can. Xx

Eadie has been learning to play the piano for just 3 months and is making super progress! She’s been learning about the treble clef and bass clef today and played the tune she’s been practising so confidently! Well done Eadie 💜 🎹 x

So excited for Little Larks EY music classes this week! Plenty of jolly little Christmas ditties with actions to start us off, a sleigh ride through the snowy woods then classic Christmas songs around the piano. We’ll be ‘Walking in the Air’ with our bubbles to wind down... Plus all the Christmas teddies and puppets will be coming along... 🎅🏼 ⛄️ ❄️ and there’s even Christmas-themed biscuits! This afternoon I have been mostly... MAKING DRUMS!!! Upcycled baby milk cans to supplement my set of new floor drums - can’t wait to use these at Little Larks EY music classes this week! Theme: FANTASTIC FIREWORKS - I have a couple more new surprises in my bag too. Thanks to everyone who saved me the tins - really appreciate it. Am going to use the smaller ones as shakers once I have a few more. 🥁 🎶 🐦 😁

Big thanks as well to my amazing mum for all her help baking the spooky treats and to my Oliver and Ethan for being fab assistants.
