Wow what a gorgeous tea I have just had the Mexican new potatoes are soooo tasty will defo be buying more and spicy without being hot. We came in for chinese pork loins but there wasn't any left, however the butcher/ assistant could not have been better and cut us some more and put marinade on. He was very knowledgeable about the products. These were also incredible with hardly any fat at all. Thank you for such a great tea ... see you soon !

What a fantastic butchers. The shop is stocked up with good quality meat at reasonable prices. Very clean establishment, with everything labelled up nicely. The staff are so helpful and friendly. They will even keep your food in the fridges whilst you go off and do the rest of your shopping. A big Happy Birthday wish to Mark tomorrow from Gail, Sarah and Melanie. Melanie and i was served by the lovely "big Dave" who is a real cheeky chappie and loves a good laugh. Sarah was served by the ever helpful Louise. This place is well worth travelling over from Preston for and is fast becoming our regular haunt

Recently started going to this butchers as seen on Facebook advertising the extra lean meat packs. Honestly the best butchers I have been to, everyone is very friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. The meat is beautiful I love the pack they make up and at such a good price! CanвҖҷt recommend enough, thank you!

Really well priced lovely meat have had the ВЈ25 and ВЈ30 deal well worth the money. So much variety of other things just bought the black pudding sausages and rosemary lamb mint burgers to try. Would recommend

My hubby bought the ВЈ30 lean meat pack, plenty of meat in it, we've only had the chicken burgers so far but if the rest is as good we will definitely be back пҝҪ

I got 2 of the extra lean packs last week and went to pick up Friday. I got what I can describe as the warmest welcome I had had in any shop in years. The mince is beautiful to cook with doesn't clump together like other mince and tastes amazing and the chicken breasts hardly shrink (no added water like shops) and are so juicy and tender!!! Can't wait to try the sausages and eggs!! Will deffo be ordering again! X

I can honestly say the meat from here is of the highest quality. ThereвҖҷs such a huge variety and weвҖҷve loved everything weвҖҷve tried. The standard of service is excellent. I would highly recommend Slacks to anyone.

I came back to Chorley for a holiday to see my family (I live in NZ) I loved this place was the kebabs, burgers, chicken was amazing and great value!! I'm still entering win meat for a week for my dad and sister пҝҪпҝҪ I'll be back to visit next time пҝҪ

Got some of the beef truffles from here today and had them for tea tonight. OMG they where just amazing, would highly recommend you try these. Would love to know the protein contents in these please. I am a my fitness pal believer, so always good to have the nutrition facts . пҝҪ

Friendly staff and very helpful. I ordered the slim pack of meat. Absolutely brilliant. All packed so it could just be put in the freezer. Will definitely be ordering more

First time we've purchased from this butchers, defo wont be the last. Got the ВЈ30 meat pack and few chicken kebabs. Had a quick bbq tea, burgers, sausage and the kebabs. All tasted lovely and very filling. Got meals galore planned with what we bought. Very clean shop and very friendly staff пҝҪпҝҪ x

Everything I have tried has been delicious. The chicken tikka meatballs are amazing. Everything is fresh and super tasty. Staff are so friendly and always give tips on the best way to cook their products.

Being a fussy eater is a huge problem when it comes to making meals. Having visited Slacks Butchers a couple of times now I can truly say the presentation and quality deserves 5*. Having bought a vast amount we had difficulty deciding what to have 1st. The sausages are a big hit with my daughter and my husband loves the fillet steaks. The stir-fry's are fantastic (although more veg and smaller pieces of meat would help cooking). We buy the bulk packs of chicken and value wise we end up with 4 extra fillets than a major supermarket, and the fillets from Slacks are larger. Lets just hope the shop can stay open and maintain the great quality.

All the meat was lovely and fresh, I was spoilt for choice but chose the salt and pepper stir fry, we all loved it and the seasoning was just perfect! The staff are super helpful and give advice how to cook if needed. The best butchers I've been to for a long time! Thanks.

.Im fussy when it comes to Meat as my Dad is a Master Butcher. But i can truly say that Slack will be my only choice regarding Local Meat products.. its nice to see colour and variety of flavours and spices.
