So...it's that time of year again...end of term, summer parties, BBQs, holidays, sunny days, picnics, sunny evenings....just life really! It can be very tempting to let yourself and your weight loss dreams take a back seat. But every time one of my members tells me that they are going to take a break for the summer my heart sinks...because I know that, 9 times out of 10, when I see them again they will have gained their weight again. And while there is never any shame or jud...gement at all when they do return to group I am always heartbroken when they tell me how much they regret their decision to leave. So if you are tempted to "give up" for the summer I would urge you to really think about what you are taking a break from...because your group is there for you week in week out...during the tough times as well as the good times...and I can promise you that if you hang on in there you'll be so glad you did when the sun disappears again, I have met many members who regret their decision to have that break. I have yet to meet one who regrets staying xx
