Hi All I’m Kelly 😊 👋- I joined Slimming World as a member in 2011 and it changed my life! I’ve lost 5 stone, eating all my favourite meals, I’ve just tweaked them to make them healthier - #Foodoptimising meant I could still enjoy chocolate, gin and takeaways! I loved what #SlimmingWorld had done for me and I wanted to scream and shout about it and help and support people to believe too that can change their lives, so 5 years ago I relaunched my own group. I now run 4 award winning sessions, supporting 250 members a week and look after and develop a team of 8 consultants! ‘I’m flying high after 14 years at target!’ A cruel comment led Jodie to lose 6st, picking up Slimming World awards along the way. Her soaring confidence has taken her around the world as cabin crew!

I joined Slimming World to lose weight, smashed that and achieved so much more. I was took the incredible opportunity to relaunch my first group on June 5th 2014 and haven’t regretted it.
At the time I was on Maternity with my first child - my original job was a senior manager at Center Parcs. I knew I didn’t want to return to my normal job as it was not family friendly and actually, I’d lost the love for it. I was sitting in Group one day when Shani my Consultant said - you... could do my job. I knew deep down I wanted to be a consultant, I sat in Group often saying to myself ‘Shani’s job is awesome’ ‘How amazing would it be to help people’ ‘Shani always has fun, holidays, trips away and all with SW’.
Guess what - I went to to opportunity event and haven’t looked back.
I have a flexible working pattern around my family, meaning I can be mum. I earn more than my senior position at Centre Parcs. I never get out of bed and don’t want to work. I adore seeing other succeed and have a real passion for Slimming World and their methods.
I’ve achieved more than I could have ever imagined. Award winning groups, I’ve been proud even to have the privilege to support hundreds of members lose weight and achieve target. I’ve seen many members become incredibly poorly with life threatening disease, and seen them fight through the other side and recover. I’ve won a once in a life time holiday and have developed my career all with Slimming World. All because I was YoU - someone looking for help to lose weight!!
