We took our ten year old scottie Mac to be groomed.. First time for us, Mac has been going there since a puppy with previous owners. Extremely welcoming & remembered him straight away at making the appointment which was extremely reassuring. On arrival we found all the staff absolutely lovely, with a passion & love for what they do. On return the result was stunning... Thank you Kelly & her colleagues... We will be back soon !!

The staff are very professional, the shop itself is welcoming and I know for sure I had no problem leaving my dog there for the first time, he is nervous but he came home happy and beautifully groomed our other two dogs will be going there too! Thank you all.

Our little dog Charlie goes here and always looks gorgeous after getting his hair done and they always make a fuss of him x

Our 3 year old cockapoo Sally had problems at other groomers but loves it here. She is always groomed exactly how I ask & the staff are very friendly & professional. Highly recommend this lovely place ❤🐶

I take my staffy here for hydrotherapy twice a week after him having cruciate surgery he loves it Nicky the therapist is brilliant with him

I have been taking Maisie my Shih Tzu to Smarter Pets for 3 years now. I adopted her when she was 3 years old. Didnt have a good start in life and was very nervous being left. It is wonderful to see how much she has changed over time going there. She runs over to Kelly now when i take her in and am told she loves all the attention and fuss. I am happy, because she is. Thanks to all at Smarter Pets.

Highly recommend this groomers! My puppy had his first groom here yesterday and they did it exactly how I wanted without me needing to fully explain. They said some lovely things about my dog which was amazing with him being a puppy and I didn't know how he'd like being pampered but seems he loves it! Thank you so much for looking after him so well and making him look even more gorgeous than he was before xx

First time my bud has had a cut and he looks and smells amazing the girls are so lovely. They had double trouble tia and Bud today. Can not thank you enough for how good they look. Xxx

First session of hydro for our old dog. She was brilliant with him, patient and gentle. He slept like a baby last night!
