Went here today for my birthday and was not disappointed. The staff were extremely polite and friendly. . The food was hot and fresh deffo worth the little wait for it . . Totally forgotten the mans name ( tall , slim , glasses ) but he makes the best pornstar martinis . Deffo be returning ’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į

We went in yesterday to celebrate my birthday. The greeting was warm and pleasant, Brooke and Chelsea served us and recommend certain drink we might like.... the food was amazing. I really would recommend it to anybody and we will definitely be going again.

Three of us went tonight and the food and service was great. Saw the waiters singing happy birthday and chatting with a toddler on the next table over. Im pregnant and they couldn't have been more accomodating. Food was quick and red hot. Swapped one of my sides as I wasn't keen and it wasn't an issue. Will deffo be back!

Lovely meal and great service. Went today with partner for my birthday we had a lovely meal with lots of cocktails, couldnŌĆÖt fault it.

Just had another lovely meal at the Smokeyard. Food lovely and relaxing atmosphere. Conor who served us looked after us and was very polite and helpful and is an assesset to the Smokeyard. Thanks again and see you very soon :)

I come here for my surprise birthday meal and I loved every second of it, the service was amazing and the food was perfect, the whole time we were here we were made to feel welcome and the staff were always there to help if needed, big thanks to Brooke and Matty for the great night

Had the most amazing unique afternoon tea here celebrating my friends 30th. The friendliest of welcomes and the best customer service from Dan and Chelsea, who made an extra fuss for the Birthday girl. Food was excellent, desserts to die for! Would recommend this place to anybody. Thanks guys you really made us feel welcome and we loved it!

Had a fantastic meal here yesterday food amazing staff very friendly couldn't do enough for you even though they had a large party to deal with upstairs will definitely be returning Tracy and David xx

Food was great as always. Shauna, Sophie and Brooke were amazing, really friendly, great with my little one and the service was outstanding.

Belting meal - had flatiron steak and was simply lovely, Matty was a great barman/waiter was very friendly and quick to serve/take our orders considering he had a full room upstairs on his own! Great place

Amazing service.. amazing food.. amazing atmosphere. Thank you for creating such a fab afternoon tea tray we all loved it. Sadly we left our boxed up cheesecakes on the table so didn't get chance to try them but overall happy.

Went in with my girlfriend for the first time, warm welcome, quick and friendly service and then the food came and it was just brilliant and we even got a free dessert which was totally unexpected and put the cherry on top of a brilliant night. Great little place. Very highly recommend it.

Absolutely amazing. The waitress Chelsea was so friendly and we were served in seconds! The food was extremely well priced for everything you got and was pure heaven when we got to taste it. Would 100% recommend and next time I'm definitely devouring that brunch boat!!

I went in last night with my husband . Lovely place. The steak and cheese starter was amazing. There was two staff on and clearly wasnt expecting it to be as busy on a Monday night. As the young lad cleared our starter we ordered more drinks, which never came. I had the prawn and chorizo skewer. The prawns were cold and the chorizo was burnt wasnt much taste to it. Looks a lovely place and good its something different but unfortunately i dont think i will be back. For a while anyway

The service was poor, it seemed they needed a manager front of house as the young people serving don't have a idea about customer service. Took ages to order then get the drinks. Half of the good was okay but the steak was cold and when returned we were told no more steaks left of any kind. Asked for a burger instead then 25 mins later when everyone had finished asked if the burger would be long to find out it hadn't even been put on the grill. Spent a lot of money there and felt ripped off, young servers didn't have a clue how to deal with complaints. How to ruin someone's birthday ’┐Į

One waiter was ok other bit num ,drops food all over my wife and say oops, upstairs is a mess and dirty, only tried because herd some good things food wasnŌĆÖt the best , maybe my standards are bit higher,

One of the worst experiences IŌĆÖve had here. My friends and I were seated at the restaurant and orders for drinks and food taken. 50 minutes later we hadnŌĆÖt received anything so I asked where our drinks were as we only ordered lemonades/cokes. To be told by a waitress very rudely the guy has a list of cocktails he will be as quick as he can. Our food then arrived cold, still no drinks. My friend asked where our drinks were and a waitress was very apologetic and went to try and sort out the issue. Around 5 minutes later a waitress slammed our drinks down pushing our plates around. Safe to say we were disappointed with the service provided

After looking at the positive and negative reviews on here I decided to take a chance on it, but was left extremely disappointed. I got the beef short rib and it was dry, tasteless and quite cold. My fianc├® got a rack of ribs but he complained that they were dry and cold too. Visually the food looks amazing, but it just doesnŌĆÖt translate to taste unfortunately.
