kids loved the event, thanks smyth toys you made our weekend. girls just washed their's faces after 12 hours of face painting. excellent event, very helpful staff and excellent service. Will def love to see these kind of events again. Thumbs Up!!!

I NEVER leave reviews unless deserved and in this case, it definitely is! I drove to the Oldham store for a specific little tikes toy! To cut a long story short, the toy could not be located so then commenced a HUGE store hunt, almost an hour and three members of staff later, the manager appears with THE TOY!! I cannot thank these members of staff enough, nothing was too much trouble. They all went above and beyond what was required of them and their super efforts deserve recognition! ���

What a complete waste of time and petrol - I was told no Easter egg hunt as ran out of eggs at 11am - no free gifts after I had promised my son and he saw it advertised outside the store

Its great that smyths in Oldham can update their Facebook statuses often but can never answer the store phone when needed. Ridiculous customer service, I understand they can be busy but busy for 4 days? From 9am until 3pm? Then again at 6pm? Doubt it, used Smyth's for most of my life and will definitely be avoiding now.
