Smyths Toys Superstores

Wow, blown away by the wonderful service I received in Smyths St Helens today. I was struggling a bit to carry everything as well as dealing with a near 2 year old who wanted to climb everything and a very kind gentleman took my things to the till for me and than his colleague served me, very politely and the same gentleman bagged up all my stuff and brought it to me! I wish all staff could be as helpful! X

We love visiting Smyths, today we visited to meet Snot and may I say he was lovely, dancing and playing with the children. Very enthusiastic 10/10 �����

Visited the store on sat 15th april with my daughter and grandson to buy a new stroller. Excellent customer service from the young lady who not only helped us to decide which stroller to buy but also assembled....yes assembled the stroller at the checkout desk! Well done young lady you went above and beyond for us. Im sorry we didnt get your name but im sure you know who you are!! Thankyou so much.

Rang to check if I team was in stock staff was helpful and even asked before o said anything if I would like Iteam left behind counter was quick and easy staff at the branch in at Helens store was outstanding very pleasant experience

Lovely attentive staff! Got everything I needed for my little ones for Christmas � a young man helped me find all the board games I needed � no stress found the KiddyZoom camera & tablet fast & everything I needed was in stock. Thank you for fab customer service. Made my day after my car breaking down a little better.

I visited the store during the 20% off weekend. The store was busy but the members of staff I spoke to were all really helpful. I managed to get everything I wanted as the shelves were well stocked and although quite busy the queue times were short. That's my Christmas shopping done now! Thanks smyths.

Came to the store today for a new car seat for my daughter as the our one wouldn't lock.

I was assisted amazingly by a male member of staff sorry i didnt catch his name.

When your followed all way around the shop by the security guard because your daughter has picked up an L.O.L ball first that we were buying but wanted to look around also. I was made to feel so uncomfortable and if I hadn't have promised it my daughter I would not bought it and walked out empty handed I'm afraid I won't be visiting again here again

Please clean your toilet. I couldn’t possibly of allowed my two years old to use it today... we had to dash to Costa across the road. Pure filth...
