... Everything is provided for the class including 7 vanilla cupcakes for you to decorate and make your own cupcake bouquet to take home.
You will each be decorating a seven cupcake bouquet to take home with you.
This three hour class is very enjoyable, fun and creative.
The class cost £50 per person.

Took part in today's bouquet cupcake class and had a brilliant time. The class was relaxed and fun. Picked up loads of useful tips not just about cupcake decoration but also on making the perfect cupcake sponge and buttercream. Great teaching and I came away with a lovely-looking bouquet that I created myself. I can't recommend highly enough!
The cupcake bouquet I ordered for my mum was incredible - this lady is so talented, and an absolute pleasure to know too. Sofra is a lovely local business, and I hope it continues to go from strength to strength!

Tasted some of Sofra's vegetarian dishes at Manchester Science Festival's 'Mushroom Hack' at MMU's SHED today. The food was authentic and tasty and presented professionally. I have to say that for me, the sweet pastries were the absolute showstopper! Delicious, buttery, soaked rose syrups and crammed with nuts, dates and spices. They were presented beautifully and we were even offered little boxes to carry away the edible treasures away!
Najwa, Where can I get more of these beautiful treats? They'd be great as gifts!......MAINLY FOR MYSELF!!.....will definitely be recommending them!
Sonya made a 1st birthday cake for my little girl in February and it was so good that we also asked her to make our son’s 3rd birthday cake (pirate themed!) for yesterday. Both times the cake has tasted absolutely amazing - we’ve had so many comments on it being the best cake people have ever tasted. They also both looked amazing and Sonya worked really closely with me to make suggestions on the designs so we got exactly what we wanted. We will definitely be going back to her for the next birthday cake!
Sonia made the most delicious fresh cream cake topped with fresh fruit at such short notice. She was kind enough to deliver it personally, and the cake was a big hit with our guests xxx thanks again xxxx

Ordered the large deluxe cupcake boutique over the Internet via FB for my mum in the uk. The flower bouquet was hand delivered with a card and tasted absolutely amazing (according to mum). Amazing in every way. Thank you!
My daughter & I attended a cupcake making class yesterday. We both really enjoyed learning new skills. It was lovely to find a class where adults & young people can learn together. Najwa is a natural teacher & explained each technique; whilst allowing us all to create our own beautiful bouquets. I was so impressed with the end result. A must go to course for any budding baker! �
Just went to the cupcake bouquet class with my mother - Sofra was very welcoming and gave us all confidence to have a go with great end results - would certainly recommend!
Just finished the cup cake bouquet course and I can't recommend it enough. Najwa was welcoming, friendly and just a lovely human being!
Everything was explained clearly and the course is made to suit every ability. The whole day was interesting, relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable.
I LOVE my bouquet and can't wait to make some more!

I went round to Sonia's house to pick up some coffee and she let me have some of a new chocolate cake she had made. It was the best chocolate cake we've had in ages! We will definitely be back in touch the next time we need a cake or some catering. A really lovely lady too 😊
I ordered a bouquet of cupcakes for a birthday ,and I can't say how fabulous they were. They looked and tasted amazing . I would definitely recommend Sonia for something a bit different than a bouquet of normal flowers . The service and quick responses , brilliant .

Attended a class today on decorating cupcakes to make them look like flower bouquets. The class was absolutely amazing, very informative and Naj is a delight to learn from. She explained everything clearly answered all our questions and was really easy to get along with. I look forward to my next chance to attend one of her classes and definitely put my vote in for a unicorn cupcake class!!
