This is a common problem, especially for people with small children. But even I'll have to admit that this is the first time I've come across an iPad that has been disabled for 49 years!!!! Easily fixed but I fear the screen on this one may take a little longer

Usually iPhones are my business but tonight I'm attempting the unusual repair of a swegway / balance board that was mistakenly left out in the rain. One circuit board removed and it appears the problem may be that battery. New part ordered and everything crossed that when reassembled it will live to hover another day 🤞🏻🤞🏻
