Southport Hotels Association Description
Established in 1888 our Association is the oldest in the country and continues today, as it has done so for 125 years, to ensure that our members provide the highest levels of accommodation. Ranging from the Largest Hotel to the smallest Guest House or Self Catering Apartments all member establishments are inspected annually and graded accordingly by either the Visit Britain, A. A . and bi-annually by SHA itself.
Although the Association is over 100 years old and still enjoys its traditional image we are all to well aware that we must move forward with the times. This page is an indication of our intention to rise to the challenges placed upon us and improve the quality of service that we provide for visitors in the ever-changing resort that is Southport
