Outdoor Yoga at Fell Foot Park begins again May 14th
This 6 week experiential course will introduce a variety of simple mindfulness practices which can easily be fitted into daily life. It is an ideal starting point o find out what mindfulness is all about and begin to bring more awareness into your life. Mindfulness is proven to improve mental and emotional well being and provide means to cope with a busy life and busy mind.
Peace. It does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble or hard work. It means to be in the midst of those things and still be calm in your heart.
No need to think about it - just soften and allow life.
