You will need good customer service skills, be able to make customers feel welcome and deal with their orders correctly and efficiently. You will need to be a good team player, able to work under pressure and be able to handle cash. Went a long today for my grandson's birthday party. Only small but been to a few others in the past, and this certainly is the best. Very family orientated and the staff are amazing. Definitely the place to be. ��

Visited today for the first time with my 2 year old grandson. I must say I was very impressed. It’s small but immaculately clean and the smells coming out of the kitchen were making my mouth water. Lovely friendly staff and right on my doorstep.

The best and most friendliest play centre around by far. The people are so lovely I can now call them my friends.

My children have grown up knowing Sparkles as the 'meeting place' both for their friends and for us mums! Many a happy time and a good gossip spent in the cafe!

My son had his 5th birthday here and he loved it. Due to illness half the guest didn't turn up but that didn't stop the staff from making sure his birthday was special. They were super accommodating for our dietary needs and I felt they went out of their way to make sure everyone was happy. The staff were lovely and helpful, and the place was immaculatly clean and everything was in good condition. Thanks once again.

My daughter loved the Christmas party tonight, all she's talked about since she got home is the snow and waiting 1,2,3 to open her present. This was her first proper Christmas party, and is the first Santa she wasn't scared of going up to meet. We also went to the Halloween Party. Great party, friendly nice staff and she already asking to go again next year. :)

My daughter had her birthday party here yesterday. The staff were amazing especially the young lad that works there. They really went out of their way to make sure things went smooth. Thank you so much, Alice had the best time for her birthday x

Massive thank you to all the staff that made millers party today a very happy one. All your staff are lovely. The place is so clean & tidy, & the midweek deal was a brilliant offer .all our guest commented on how lovely it was.

Fantastic play centre!! My kids love it here!! Had 3 or 4 parties here over the past 5 years, staff are really lovely, food and play centre are great it’s well worth a visit! They have babyballet classes too throughout the week with deals as well.�

Best party place and the vleanest for miles around believe me iv tried them all I recommend Sparlkes all the time and the best thing is all the staff form the kitchen to the girls working with the kids are fantastic never moaning going the extra mile ,unlike many in other close establishments cannot recommend highly enough ,the bears are lovely also

Been to the Christmas party tonight and what an absolute ball it was ..... a party of 10 children altogether and they absolutely loved it ..... thanks so much Sparkles you were all amazing

We visit quite a bit as it's local. It's clean and tidy staff are polite enough.



Price's are average for a play center. Though I think it's absolutely ridiculous you have to pay £3 for babies under 12m.



Food is OK. Though I do think they should do it later. Last food orders 2pm. When one of my children are invited to a party at 5pm and my other isn't and I have to pay for her I should be able to get my other something to eat. My girls go to a lot of parties here. Which are ok, again pretty average parties.



It can get pretty crowded round the tables as its a pretty small area.

Had my grandaughters 5th birthday party there yesterday. Great venue and the staff worked really hard. Only one small hicup but it could have been disaster. My youngest grandchild is lactose intollerant and we had forwarned however she was given a plate of food the same as all the others. Staff couldnt do enough once they realised but it could have been a different story

Overall experience was still.great though x

Attended a party here and enjoyed it. Just felt that they left it too long for the children to have there party food but once the food was served I was very impressed with the choice and quality of food served! After the food and birthday cake they only played one game which I thought wasn't enough. The prize was very poor and disappointing really with a penny sweet inbetween each layer!? The party bags were ok but do think these could be better too. Overall nice experience
