Good morning everyone There going to be some changes to payments so please read 👇🏻 payments have gone from 6 weeks to earlier.
💖wedding payments will have to be cleared 4 weeks before your big day and no later. This amazing includes flowers also.
... 💖Party bookings or other items 1 week before your party date.
💖 single balloon orders like numbers etc will require a £5 deposit and remaining to be cleared on the date of collection or delivery.
💖 Any last minute booking let’s say a couple of days before the full payment will be required upon booking.
💖 we also do have offers on that require full payment upon booking this is not a deposit it has to be full payment due to it being a one off amazing offer.
💖 we do offer payment plans ( please pop us a message if you would like to set one up).
💖Deposit are always to be paid upon booking we can no longer hold any dates or pencil ✏️ anyone in.
If remaining payments are not received on the date the remaining balance is due your booking will be cancelled and you will loose your deposit.
we have lost a lot of money this year due to being messed around by customers asking us to hold dates etc. We have 5 children to provide for plus bills so I hope you all understand this business is our livelihood so things have to change sorry.
