Book an eye test today at Specsavers

Went there this afternoon was seen earlier than my appointment well done to all & chose my glasses to which Emma assisted me she is what a customer service assistant should be....helpful listens to what the customer wants.....has a laugh very level headed so much so she gave me the pin terminal I tapped in my pin and she said "you need to put your card in.....well what a embarrassing thing to do so much so I went it to cake shop just up from ss....and keyed in my pin & left my card in the shop....doh....Suzanne

They were very thorough in the eye test event though they didn’t have to be and at the end said my prescription was the same so now cost

Fantastic service. The man who tested my eyesight explained everything to me very clearly and ensured I felt comfortable with the entire process. I was then helped by two lovely ladies to choose my new frames (something I always dread) and place my order. I even came out with a free shopping bag and ice scraper! All the staff were so professional, friendly and helpful. Well done Dunstable Specsavers and Thank you.

Excellent service. Everything was explained to me during my eye test and all of my questions answered. I was then passed onto Emma who helped me pick out my glasses and took the necessary measurements. Excellent customer service from her; friendly, helpful and funny young lady. Keep up the good work Specsavers!

Broke my glasses the day before my holiday and was due a new prescription anyways. I managed to get my new frames with my old lenses until my new ones arrive after my holiday.

Broke my glasses last night popped in this morning and I'm speechless at the service given absolutely fantastic thank you for your help and care

So after a week of blurred vision and 3 visits to specsavers, being told my eyes would take time to adjust to glasses from 2 hrs, 2 days, then a week, I thought I'd ignore them and go to an opticians instead!! No surprise better than 20/20 vision don't need glasses! Needless to say a refund was pretty swift from specsavers........not the first time that's happened methinks!
