Heads up boys 'n' girls... Now fully booked throughout May (taking into account having a 4 day holiday). So.., nothing left now until week commencing Tuesday 4th June. Gotta be quick ;-) Enjoy the sunshine everyone, while we are stuck in the workshop :-)
End of another great week here at SCM.. and now finished the revamp work on my personal ride.. the VS1400. The nice weather has certainly brought them in! So much so, heres your heads up for appointments: Having a little break, just for a few days to Jersey at the end of this Month, recharge the batteries, so that leaves us fully booked until week commencing Monday 13th May. Another great week over and a varied selection of bikes and jobs thru our humble workshop. The weeks are flying by! Heads up: Booking up for April (as we speak). So,, we are getting pretty much booked up, with appointments coming in for April and May already. We have some free slots from week commencing Thursday 14th March... (as we type this).. be quick. Regards. Robbo and the team here at SCM
M&P... what a joke that place has turned into!! We have been a regular buyer for a long time.. not any more! Ordered a tyre for a customer booked in for Saturday 16th (he has mot booked for Weds 20th) So... ordered the tyre Monday 11th, marked as in stock delivery Weds 13th. So plenty of time before customer bike comes in. Anyway, No tyre on Weds 13th, contacts them, no response until Thurs 14th. Tells me, 'we dont have it in stock'??? But will send a better alternative out t...oday, knowing we needed it for Friday..latest. 'No problem, you will have it tomorrow. So Friday comes.. no delivery! Contacts them mid afternoon.. guess what, no response! Then at 6pm at night, gets an email to say tyre been dispatched (Friday, not Thursday) and will be delivered Monday 18th!!!! Hope you understand all that, bottom line is, read their reviews and it seems they have a habbit of this. Now we have a customer bike in and no tyre till Monday, a good loyal customer who uses the bike daily, hence being a Saturday job. Our apologies Dave, we will have it ready for your booked MOT on Wednesday. Avoid M&P at all costs. Heres some advice for you jokers: 1. List items you actually have. 2. Respond to customers same working day, not delay until following day. 3. Dont promise replacements to be delivered next day, then send confirmation at 6pm at night we will get it 3 days later! Letting us in the trade down, meaning letting our customers down and the 100's of your own customers down, means cutting off your life blood. Fuming!!!

Well, its been a busy time for the start of the New year here at Scm.. Still a few more to get thru before January is nearly over already!
and so... the New year begins... When a customer rides from Widnes to us in Manchester to get his CBR in.. seems our rep travels :-)
Well, we now officially wind down for Christmas :-) This coming week we will be spending time with our families leading up to Christmas day. Back to normal, day/eve/night bookings taken from Thurs 3rd January 2019 for all our usual repairs, services, alarm fits and heated grip fittings. Dont forget our Winter service offers last right through till end of February 2019, so get booked in early.
We would like to take this opportunity to wish you all a Merry Christmas & safe, pro...sperous new year and thank you all for making 2018 another storming year for us. We look forward to welcoming all our past, present and new customers in 2019. Thank you all so much, without YOU we wouldnt be who we are.
