We went here for an activity with work and it was amazing! The staff we're lovely and really helpful, food was great and the trampolining was so fun! Would definitely recommend it to anyone and to back!

We came here for a treat for my son and his friends. The place is fantastic. The cafe is great and very reasonably priced and the food is fantastic too.

Special thanks to christi who looked after us when we arrived.



We will be back again.

Visited last night for a birthday treat for my 9 year old, staff were very helpful especially Ellie on reception, well organised the staff at the cafe were lovely nothing too much trouble, new toddler area was fab and great to see arranging autism friendly sessions �

Take my granddaughter she 4 loves it think 1 hr pleanty



for little ones they on the go none stop but u can add extra time u if want it staff fabulous just need extra people on tea an coffee only one person on an ends up with a queue overall fabulous xx

My children are 3 and 6 and we always feel safe on the family hour. The sessions are staffed well!

We also had my sons 6th birthday here and I couldn’t recommend it more. The host couldn’t have done any more for us, from pictures to party bags!

Spring fit was brilliant the class flew by. My mum enjoy it too, definitely recommend it. I went the next day with my 18 Month old to the tots class ... amazing!

My son had his 8 birthday party here with 10 of his friends. They loved it! The children had the run of the place as the party was 10am, and then the staff got them playing dodgeball. Food was good and the staff did everything, including leading the singing of Happy Birthday and cutting the cake. You also get souvenir photos. Thanks!

My son celebrated his 5th birthday at Spring City last week. I would like to thank Courtney who took care of everything. She was brilliant also I'd like to thank Riley for his help and Daniel too as he recommended the place to us. We all had a great time! Thanks x

Just home from my sons birthday party here I never leave reviews but have to mention Michael and Daniel who did the dodgeball session they were both absolutely fantastic the kids loved them they made it so fun and handled 20 6 year olds no problem a big thank you to them both ��

Just got back from my son Joseph and his friend James's 7th birthday party what can I say except ALL the kids had an absolutely amazing jumptastic time from the moment we arrived the party team couldn't do enough to accommodate us all it was just fantastic A massive thank you to Emily who managed to control all the 26 children from start to finish a job well done highly recommend spring city to any one thinking of booking a party and for 10.00 per child a real bargain ��� thank you once again x

I turned up at the wrong time for a toddler session and the girl I think named Rachel let us use the soft play instead of standing out in the cold until we were allowed to attend the family session an hour later. She even offered if it was too busy to make a safe area for us if it got too much. Really went out of her way to help us. Very much appreciated and will be coming back to the toddler sessions (at the right time) thank you!

I had my son 7th birthday party here and the staff were amazing meeting my son and cousin special needs as well ad my nephews dietary needs. I couldn't fault the staff one bit. Everyone walked away saying hiw good it was. I would highly recommend the VIP party to everyone x

I absolutely loved being at spring city today, great staff and props to David Mc court monitor for being such a massive help and an amazing member of staff , let just say that’s my exercise for the next day or two, was great fun and recommend to anyone who is questioning on going. I’ll be back next month and the month after for more fun-Karla

Come to spring city Today, staff member think her name was Emily was great help on the cafe. My niece has dietary needs and I struggle to find her food to eat when we are out! She helped me find food that she was able to eat and assured me I had nothing to worry about! She was great help and had lovely manners! Will definitely be back again highly recommend x

Booked spring city with 2 other adults and 3 children 4 and 5. We all really enjoyed it. We were changing our shoes and one of children had put his shoes in a bucket. We asked reception if anybody had handed them in. Christie was quick and helpful and found the shoes in a party bucket upstairs. Will be back again thanks.

At a birthday party tonight. Really enjoyed it was lots of fun for myself and the kids. Was a pleasure to be upgraded to VIP by our two party hosts Emily. They both really good with the children and was always around to help. Will definitely be back again:) � � �

Alfie absolutely loves going to the autism sessions on a thursday. Its his favourite place. The lads who are always on make alfie feel calm and understand when hes not having the best of days. Its such a welcoming place especially for a mum who has a child with special needs. Well done spring city!!
