Purchased in 2017 by Paul Linderman, Stay has operated under the previous name of the Carravar Apartments for some 50 Years, Tired and in need of some much needed love, The building was partially restored by a previous owner but not finished.
Paul took over the project in August 2017 and its now well and truly underway. A selection of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments including some ground floor accommodation, all will have sea views and parking.

Apartment 3 a 2 Bedroom sea view apartment for 4 is nearly furnished I will be putting the finishing touches in this week
Tomorrow Coach House deliver which should mean Paul can make the beds and finish Apartment 3 unfortunately it’s booked all of August and September however we have other apartments so it’s always worth giving Paul a call on 07800994797

Delighted to announce the light is nearly at the end of the tunnel. Apartment 4 which is the 3 bedroom duplex apartment and Apartment 2 which is a ground floor apartment will both be available from 18th May 2018 to rent with Apartment 3 should be ready imminently. Going to clean windows ready for the blinds
We have been waiting in Cadent giving us a gas supply now it’s been agreed we can really try and move forward for the end of January windows out new French Doors in. The front flat will be the last flat to finish all others now have kitchens and bathrooms in and are on the final stretch.
I know I haven’t posted much but we are working to get launched towards the end of January, we are currently waiting on the mains Gas Supply being connected which is delaying things slightly but we have installed all bathrooms, kitchens, rendered the building, completed most of the electrical work and I will keep everyone updated and upload pictures as soon as I can thanks again Paul
